I believe in this:

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.
Men are not angels, and they will take your rights.
A just government exists to protect those rights, from men who are not angels.
An unjust government, which we now have, deserves to be, must, be abolished and new government installed.
But why do we have to keep going around and around on this?

It's like atheists and religious folks arguing endlessly...no point in it.
