You sure have a lot of hate inside you for Ron Paul supporters and other people who are simply expressing their opinions freely, even if you don't agree with those positions.

Communists have as much right to believe what they believe and express those opinions as much as you and I do. I have two family members, who are both dead now, who were lifelong Communists. We got copies of their FBI files through FOI requests. They are both nearly 500 pages long. In one case they watched my great uncle for 33 years until his death and the most dirt they could get on him was that he got a parking ticket in 1963. In my uncle's file they had remarks from the neighbors saying my grandmother was "sort of odd too." That's what your US taxpayer dollars paid agents to write. He was a lifelong believer in Communism until he got a job at the age of 63 working for USAID in Russia. Then he became totally disillusioned by what he saw as the negative effects of communism-or as he put it-you can buy a bottle of vodka for 50 cents but you have to wait in line all day to buy a cabbage. Ironically, it was the poor health care system in place in Russia that killed my uncle-he died of a stomach ulcer because they couldn't get him to a decent hospital in Moscow in time. Both totally harmless people, both individuals who stood up for equal rights for people of all races. But the government considered them a threat and spied on them for decades.

Our irrational fear of communists is only being repeated today. The new boogeyman is Muslims. Everyone is being forced to give up their civil liberties for fear of some harmless enemy.

I went to the peace march. I didn't wear a Ron Paul shirt or carry a sign. Well I had a shirt on underneath another just in case. I still reached the peace movement with a message and here's how.

I road up on one of the buses from out of town. I helped them load and organize that morning. I was permitted to talk to the fifty people on the bus about Ron Paul over the mike and handed out Liberty cards which all but one of them took with anticipation.

I do not think it wise to advertise with the anti-war crowd as this video showed. There are other ways. In fact, Ron Paul volunteers should have been on every bus going there to get the message to them that way. It worked. When I got back home I even helped set up a Meetup for them.

You see, it's not so much Anti-war as it's Pro-peace. That's what was missing from the march's main theme. If you asked any of them what they intend to replace the Offices they are trying to empty through Impeachment with, I dare say you will get some vague and shallow answers.

We need to rally these people. It's the same cause just fought differently. Ron Paul's Revolution is peace. These Anit-war demonstrations are about confrontation and anger, which is understandable from their perspective, but people there were trying to get arrested as if it was an honor and badge of membership to be thrown to the ground and cable-tied like cattle. In reality, they were just helping to condition the troops

But a little Ron in the mix with them may be good. It shows the "peace" movement we're not afraid and we're with them. Let's just hope the media doesn't run with it too much.

Most of all, let's not call the one's who did the sign waving names. What's that going to accomplish within a peace movement? We're all brothers, right?

I confirmed with Debbie at the campaign HQ that in fact that they "are not encouraging anyone to go to a rally sponsored by Answer". I found agreement in my statement that "Answer is a socialist, communist, anti-American and anti-Israeli group". That should be pretty clear. They can't really be any more specific than that due to FEC rules regarding coordination with other groups. They can't clearly state to go or not go legally.

These are my words as follows: Please don't be caught dead with them. They are the kiss of death. Please don't damage the campaign. If you still wish to go, please do it just representing yourselves. Conservative media such as Fox would like nothing better than to catch us down there wearing Ron Paul T-shirts, buttons and holding RP banners. Let's not be caught standing next to them unless you want Ron Paul to be put in the same category as anti-American socialist communists? This is not the way to win. Don't wear any RP shirts or buttons or hold any RP banners. Leave the RP literature home. There are events every weekend in this area such as Nationals games etc. Call me or HQ to confirm. There was a statement posted here previously as authorized by the National Campaign. That statement has been withdrawn. Someone at HQ made an unauthorized statement to Clinton. This person was stating a personal opinion not authorized by the campaign. Morally and strategically we don't want to associate ourselves with Answer.
