The official ICE abusing American citizens thread

According to Newsweek, she was driving her illegal alien boyfriend's car,
Gawd, you mean they're stealing our wimmen?

Well, you know what women say: "Don't expect a good lick, unless you go Hispanic"

The Laws that force us to deport people nicely who invade our sovereign territory?

Or do you mean the laws that say its our country in the first place?

I like to think its pretty nice the way we treat invaders because if this were 100s of years ago people would just kill them.

Trump is doing the deportations people voted for thats called democracy.

If your opposition to it is simply because its democracy then you can go live in a country where people don't get to vote on their government. There are plenty of those.

If your opposition to it is the white people that voted for it you can go live in a country that doesn't have white people. There are plenty of those.

Sometimes I feel like the Ron Paul I was trying to get elected is a different Ron Paul than ya'll were voting for.

I remember when Rand Paul ran for president and his campaign slogan was to take our country back.

"And during that campaign I got into trouble with Libertarians because I said there may well be a time when immigration is like an invasion and we have to treat it differently."

-Ron Paul

Ron Paul never called America a Democracy. That's because it isn't. And you can't respond to what I actually said because you're stupid. I won't call you a bot. ChatGPT is more intelligent.

Any country that isn't an autocracy is technically a type of democracy.

Democracy just means that common people rule.

We are a type of type of democracy in that sense.

We tend to call it "American democracy" since its our "american" system of democracy government.

Nope. America is a Republic. That means that even if a majority of Americans vote for a president that votes to rape your wife and children is doesn't mean the president can do that. Also Trump is NOT doing what his voters wanted. They didn't vote for 600,000 Chinese student to be invited to come to America or 67,000 white South Africans or for amensty for illegal immigrants like Trump has promised for farm workers, manufacturing workers and hotel workers.

Yeah it can.

We could make a constitutional amendment that literally says the president can rape your wife and children and nobody in the god damn world could do anything about it.

Thats what the current legal interpretation of birthright citizenship has done.

No, I don't think that can happen from there.

Its the executive branch that has been leaving the borders open to invaders.

Someone I worked with named John was killed by one of them and he would be alive today if we had not been allowed to be invaded.

We allowed it to happen and I feel responsible and I am responsible for allowing him to be killed.

You do realize that, by design, it's difficult to amend the constitution right? Look at your own example of the 14th amendment. It only came about as a result of the civil war. And it really only codified what had been the understanding of how one became a citizen going all the way back to before the U.S. exisited! That's right. The U.S. always had birthright citizenship. The only problem was the Dred Scott decision declared black people, slave or free, to not be citizens. So once again, racism caused the very problem that now racists want to "solve." There was no such thing as an "illegal immigrant" Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882.

It wasn't racism. We were a white country.

There are a lot more countries that aren't white than that are white.

We didn't hand constitutionally protected political power to people who weren't part of our country.

We followed English laws that predated the constitution where the status of the child followed that of the father.

I can't just walk into India and demand political power or its racist.

Well American traditions usually involve family units.

I definitely consider my family when I vote. I wouldn't vote for my nieces and nephews or sons or daughters or sisters or aunts to be invaded by foreign nationals.

I wouldn't vote for demographic entrapment of my family.

Democracy isn't a suicidal pact.

Ok where did you get your last name?

Either your father or your mother who got it from their father.

The status of the child follows that of the father.

We call the people who created our country founding fathers.

We're still talking about the US citizen who was detained by masked men claiming to be from the government, right?

The one who was driving the car owned by a foreign national and they pulled the car of the foreign national over and questioned the person driving the foreign nationals car?
