Sure... Looks like imposing religion on the majority posed a problem. Not the other way around. Why are you here anyway. Ron Paul doesn't support a Theocracy, he supports a truely free society. I wouldn't be free if I was forced into living in a society centered around an imaginary friend.

Hitler only claimed to be Roman Catholic, and it is widely considered that he was an occultist.

Lenin's Russia put the Russian Orthodox Church underground and it didn't emerge until Stalin allowed them when Hitler's tanks were on the outskirts of Moscow.

Stalin left the Orthodox Church to go join the communists.

I am unsure as to Marx, though all Marxist governments have adopted official state atheism.

The Unholy Marriage: "Atheism" and Communism

Wow. There sure are a lot of "atheist" apologists on this thread trying to defend against the obvious ties between their humanistic religion and communism. Communism is the ultimate State where government takes the place of God, and since "atheists" believe there is no God, then communism is a natural and logical progression towards that system of governance over a people. It's very easy to draw a parallel between the anti-religious agenda of leaders such as Stalin and their institution of communism upon the masses they controlled.

That's not to say that all "atheists" are communists, for many are very libertarian in their political ideals. It is my contention that libertarianism cannot be established justly on an "atheistic" worldview because it fundamentally removes the very foundation of liberty--the existence of a loving and powerful God Who bestows His creatures with certain rights and responsibilities. Therefore, any "atheist" who embraces libertarian ideas only does so by borrowing from a Christian theistic interpretation of politics, ethics, metaphysics, and even aesthetics, all the while denying the God Who allows such things to make sense in an absolute and objective way.

Not a being a "Christian" ( so called ) does not necessarily make one an atheist, nor a communism apologist.<IMHO> :)

Stalin went to seminary to become a priest in the Orthodox Church, he wasn't a Jew. He ran from seminary to join the communists.

He wasn't advocating a state ran church, which this is clearly advocating against. He was advocating for people to be religious, not that the state should enforce it.

Theo..righton as usual. Stalin came from a jewish family...perhaps they converted..but he sure did. he was formost..and ATHEIST. Communism calls for ATHEISM..no God. The STATE IS GOD. tones

That isn't atheism. Dogmatism, worship, and unquestioning belief are not atheistic.

I don't know how much more plainly obvious this could be.
 
marxist/leninists are atheists..and furthermore, in order to take control of a country...they use 4 steps, 1. demoralization 2. desensitization 3. crisis 4 normalization. First and Formost..they must get rid of religion so that the people look to the state...they are ATHEISTS and they have done a FINE job of demoralizing the usa..as you can see, even this small forum is fraught with atheists. The USA was NOT like this 40 years ago. Tones
