The forums CAN be organized better. I'm not saying your wrong.. We just all need to chip in on suggestions and not leave the forum for good because it's not done "our way".
The forums were working great. A lot of cooperation and general good will.
Foo Fighter makes point.
All hell breaks loose, forums go down the drain. Regulars and contributors are leaving.
Why? No one has given a good reason for that.
I'm not trying to brag, but this is what I have been able to contribute to the people working on this forum.
I found out about and contributed $90 to adopt an iowan
I gave about $90-120 to Lord Xar's media projects
I gave $30 to Razmear for the Mosaic Software
I gave $10 to Sementary for the Liberty Ralley
I learned about the Granny Warriors and gave them $30 to get to Iowa.
Plus learned a ton and hopefully helped educate a ton as well. Contributed to ideas and received wisdom.
How many more people like my self are contemplating leaving? How is this productive for "organizations" sake.

I commend your efforts!! I do.. But for what real reason are you contemplating leaving? It's change... Just change.. Go with it instead of against it. It's really not that big of a deal. Instead of leaving, suggest how you feel things should be done. At the very least, the team (moderators, admins) should take your advice and somehow incorporate it into the big picture. And not only your advice, but others who care as well..The forums were working great. A lot of cooperation and general good will.

... you will go on fighting your brothers and sisters while a madman rapes your precious liberties and gives you the bill.
It's not the changes people are mad at.
at least that's not what im annoyed at..
I'm annoyed because in some of the posts that I have seen, the moderators were egging on people to leave. Maybe they were joking, but the other person was not. It comes off as arrogance and makes people think they aren't appreciated...
yes that's childish, but that's human nature. we all want to be appreciated and do not like it when people tell us to go ahead and leave and that we will easily be replaced.
And because of this some good people are leaving.
The HATE against the Truthers and the HATE against the Anti-Truthers needs to end

However. If that empty forum gets a bunch of busy topics moved into it, those topics will get replied to and the new forum will generate traffic - especially from new-comers who have no previous knowledge that it wasn't posted there in the first place...
What happened today COULD have worked if it was done properly...
When you're done with that, the Israelis and Palestinians could use your help. After dealing with the 9/11 enthusiast crowd, that should be a walk in the park, though...
There has been no change--the rules and administration are the same. If people post in the right place, it's easier for everyone to find what they want--and to stop the duplicate posts wasting all of our time.
