Tomorrow I am doing a speech to inspire people to act towards constitutional government. What do you think I should include in the speech (such as quotes, arguments, etc.)?

Thanks:)

EDIT: Here is the outline I just wrote:

Government’s role is to uphold the Constitution

“Don't interfere with anything in the Constitution. That must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties.”
-Abraham Lincoln

Highest laws in the land

Today, gov’t is not upholding the Constitution

Military action w/o a Declaration of War from Congress

Patriot Act violates privacy and property rights (warrantless searches)

Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007

“Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”
-Benjamin Franklin

McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform limits contributions to political campaigns

Continual attacks on the 2nd Amendment and the right of Americans to carry firearms

“The Constitution shall never be construed... to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms.”
-Samuel Adams

The Constitution does not change with the times

No such things as a “living Constitution”

“The Constitution of the United States was made not merely for the generation that then existed, but for posterity- unlimited, undefined, endless, perpetual posterity”
-Henry Clay

“Our Constitution was not written in the sands to be washed away by each wave of new judges blown in by each successive political wind.”
-Hugo Black

"The Constitution is a written instrument. As such, its meaning does not alter. That which it meant when it was adopted, it means now."
- South Carolina v. United States (1905)

It is your duty as Americans to do something about it

Democrat, Republican, or w/e you need to always protect the Constitution

Represents all we as Americans stand for

Never let manipulative politicians take away those rights

"The strength of the Constitution, lies in the will of the people to defend it."
- Thomas Edison

George Washington's farewell address.

Eisenhower's admonition regarding the military-industrial complex.

Ron Paul's objection to the concept of a living Constitution in his book 'The Revolution'.

2nd on the FDR shennanigans. The history books paint FDR as one of our greatest presidents and they should know he helped start one of the worst government programs of all time (thru deception nonetheless).

I don't have it with me but in The Constitution in Exile there was a quote from a supreme court justice about the Patriot Act. It said something about the Patriot Act being unconstitutional but necessary for the war on terror (sounds like a Bush appointee).

I'd omit the Abraham Lincoln quote. Not that anyone would be smart enough to call you on that paradox, but this campaign is all about consistency, right?
