I don't understand why some people hate on Gary Johnson so much, he's a fine candidate. If you're okay voting Rand(who endorsed Romney and voted for sanctions on Iran) in 2016 then I don't know what makes Gary Johnson so unacceptable in 2012. He clearly will be the best candidate on the ballot come November providing some other outstanding circumstances...
It just doesn't seem right they we're going to take another Obama term or worse yet a Romney presidency laying down with the hope of the GOP playing nice in 2016. Looking at the other candidates they've been floating out there(Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Condoleeza Rice, Chris Christie) I think they might be even be more hostile.
That to me implies that Ron will endorse Rmoney. Don't like the tone of the article at all.
Did anyone really expect Ron to endorse Johnson? Johnson is not pro life.
Johnson is not pro life . He lost my vote
He opposes late term or partial birth abortion and signed legislation as governor outlawing the procedure in New Mexico. He has stated multiple times that he supports parental notification laws and counseling. He has also stated that he opposes government funding for abortions. These beliefs were stated in the South Carolina debate and in a CSPAN interview during the presidential campaign.
Among the various items used during his 2012 campaign was Our America Initiative. On that website, Governor Johnson states that abortion rights were not something dealt with in the constitution and should therefore be dealt with at the state level. He stated that the Roe vs. Wade decision has expanded the reach of the Federal government into areas of society never envisioned in the Constitution and should be revisited. Once Roe vs Wade is overturned, the abortion decision should be returned to the states. This viewpoint is echoed on his campaign website, where he affirms his pro-life stance and states that government should be neutral on personal beliefs.

Sorry folks. No one on the ballot is worth a vote.

I think Ron Paul has moved on. Above all parties, above the political process. It's all about education and waking up more people. Probably a good idea where we should focus our energy.
I’ve thought about the unsolicited advice from the Libertarian Party candidate, and he has convinced me to reject my neutral stance in the November election. I’m supporting Chuck Baldwin, the Constitution Party candidate.
Earlier this year, Johnson told TheDC that he would not ask for Paul’s endorsement because the libertarian congressman might not grant one in the interests of “the family business” and his son’s political future within the Republican Party.
He didn't endorse any specific person last time either.
I'm rolling with Johnson.
If we are intent on firing a shot across the bow of the GOP and two party system, writing in Ron Paul where it is counted might work. Writing in Ron Paul where it is not counted will not. Voting for Gary Johnson in either place will work.
