Rand Paul: "Proud to sign a resolution welcoming Netanyahu to Congress"

What's the saying, "It's easier to obtain forgiveness than to obtain permission."? "Will you displace those that had no part in the confiscation of the land, but was done by their forefathers?"

Insurgents against the installed puppets commit crimes?...hmmm, "One persons terrorist is another's freedom fighter" in the wacky world of loose definitions.

(..and you know this exactly how?..a brian williams special from tel aviv?...the glenn beck and ruse limbaugh shows?...pbs?...dick cheney?...all of the above and more?...

...it seems to me if Rand, or any of the rest of these stinking Republicrat puppets, were true LEADERS and they truly wanted to promote understanding, truth, justice, peace, etc., he would be leading an effort to get BOTH SIDES TOGETHER to publicly air their grievances...FACE TO FACE...'open to the world of public opinion...

...but no, Rand, LARGELY, plays the same stinking, one-sided, game of iZraeli favoritism that the rest of the stinking zionist republicrat puppets play....YUCK!!!!

The common theme with your screeds usually revolve around portraying someone who disagrees with you being the spawn of some talkshow pundit. Do you see me questioning your motives with ridiculous accusations?

You are totally out of your depth with this conversation quite frankly. Do you even know about the 2 billion dollars that was embezzled from the Palestinian Authority from years 2008 to 2012? And you're not going to find this factoid on any brain-dead news show. Money that was specifically send to rebuild Palestine was stolen and sent to private accounts. Now, I hope you're not obstinate enough to to attribute this shocking corruption to the Zionist element?

Ultimately, there are no good people in this whole distraction. The Israelis spy on us and manipulate our Congress into providing critical financial support, while the the Palestinian leadership feign peace when they are actually embezzling international monies and building tunnels into Israel. And we actually have gullible people taking sides in all this!!!

I would much rather welcome a duly elected head of state of a nation that wants to be on good terms with the US, than a dictator of a nation that can't hide its hatred of the US and has openly stated its goal is to destroy us.

First figure out who has been doing most of the "destroying" over the past few decades. Ask the folks in North Korea, or maybe the folks in Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Dresden. Or maybe the folks in Iraq and Afghanistan, or perhaps those in Vietnam. It's so funny that the NeoCon agenda with his bloated multibillion dollar homeland security establishment and thousands of nuclear bombs is cowering in fear from who? Iran? Spare me. It's too funny.

So we put out the welcome mat for Iran?

Sure. Equal access. At least it will be easier to get seats for that speech.

Next we can have a leader from South Korea lecture us about the dangers of North Korea. Follow that up with a leader from Taiwan to tell us about the danger from China. Maybe we can have a leader from India and Pakistan at the same time and hold a joint session of Congress debate.

What about the leader from Madagascar? They seem like they have some fun there, but in reality, they probably have someone they want us to bomb.

There you go again with the same schtick. You're talking down to us, when we probably agree on 95% of the same things. We're not even arguing that Israel is not a bad apple (because it is). But you really don't think that evil & duplicity does not exist outside Zionist circles?

Who here supports giving tax dollars to Israelis? I don't think you'll find anyone in here, but it doesn't matter what we think.

Rand can sign all the resoultions he wants supporting Israel. The fact that like communists the neocons are monitoring his clapping enthusiam shows it doesn't matter. Instead of attacking these people like Stalinists they are, he goes into full suck-up mode like a man beating his head against a wall thinking if he keeps doing so it will come down.

And that's why he won't win in 2016. He needs to give this charade up to preserve his political viability otherwise he'll become a laughing stock. At this point, another Presidential campaign in a row, given where the party is right now and who they're willing to support as candidates, would be a disaster for Paul movement. Unless events change things, he needs to focus on running for re-election to the Senate.

Doesn't Rand and some of his top cheerleaders lurk here? ;)

National Review is pretty underhanded.

Reminds me of the stories one of my history professors told us about Joseph Stalin. It wasn't uncommon for Stalin to receive a standing/clapping ovation that sometimes lasted for hours. Everyone was too afraid to be the first person to stop clapping or to be seen as not being enthusiastic enough. In one instance, in order for the applause to stop, a guy actually passed out from so much applause and clapping.
