Marco Rubio! Bring the israel-first crowd along!
I also agree Rand would be a decent choice for VP as well. The Neo-con I don't think is as important in the General as it is in the primary however. In the General he only has one task. BEAT OBAMA! That said, I think a more social liberal like Gary would help to pull more independents and even many Democrats his way. It would also be a good set up for 2016. That said, it will depend a lot on how well Gary's campaign does. If Gary comes out on top, he should choose Ron or Rand to pull more conservatives and if Ron does, I think his best choice is Gary to pull more liberals. I think Ron is conservative enough on social issues like gay marriage and Pro-life he would pull enough conservative vote in the general on his own and needs a more socially liberal personality to pull more of the left.
Edit: However, no matter which is at the top of the ticket they could both benefit from each other. With Libertarian Republican 2012 ticket, Obama doesn't stand a chance.
My stomach hates you, its sore from laughing so hard!A name I've been reading around the internet lately as a potential VP for Ron Paul is Rudy Giuliani. I know, crazy right? Hear me out... Rudy is very popular with the neo-conservatives as we all know. I know he campaigned hard against Rand Paul, but Rudy is a savvy politician and he knows the way the wind blows. Generally, Rudy was a huge success! He lead the fight that broke the mafia in the 70s, he turned New York from a warzone into a tourist destination. It is the post-9/11 Rudy that we all hate. Politics make for strange bedfellows some times...
What is the reasoning behind this idea? Well, Ron has been open to a candidate running currently, so long as he or she "came around to his way of thinking on some things". He could be talking about Rudy.. We all know about "Rudy's Reading List" from Ron Paul. If Rudy came around on blowback and the war on drugs, perhaps he is a good candidate to run with Ron. He will definitely appease anyone who thinks Ron will be 'soft on terror'
Zero name recognition. Won't do squat for the ticket besides making 99.9% of the electorate go, "Huh?". Next.I chose Dr. Chuck Baldwin as Congressman Paul's VP. He is most likely as equal of a strict constitutionalist to Congressman Paul as any of the other choices in that poll, in my opinion.

Ventura is a kook, and the judge is too old. Chuck Baldwin is the best choice IMHO
