I have been looking for a simple list of USA foreign intervention since 1991.
Something that is pretty brief and lists the year and country not something that is pages long detailing the event.
It seems that censorship makes some things harder to find these days.
Sometimes I find something like from NPR and it is gone or can't be found.
It is amazing how things that were once easy to find have vanished.

If a link is gone, copy and paste it into the Wayback Machine/Archive. I've recovered lots of links that way.

U.S. launched 251 military interventions since 1991, and 469 since 1798

I used the Freespoke search engine:

I asked ChatGPT and this is what it gave me:

Please write a list of all US foreign interventions since 1991, the end of the Cold War. Specifically, list any action where US troops were deployed on foreign soil, or a regime-change was influenced by US activity in pursuit of US national security interests. Make the list as complete as you can.

Creating a comprehensive list of all US foreign interventions since 1991 is a complex task due to the multitude of actions, both large and small, undertaken by the United States around the world during this period. However, I'll provide a list that covers some of the major interventions and regime changes influenced by US activity in pursuit of national security interests. Please note that this list may not cover every single intervention or action taken by the US during this period, and the categorization of certain events as interventions or regime changes can be subjective and debated.

- Gulf War (1990-1991): Deployment of US troops to Kuwait and Iraq to expel Iraqi forces from Kuwait in Operation Desert Storm.

- Somalia (1992-1995): Operation Restore Hope, a humanitarian intervention with the deployment of US troops to Somalia to provide aid and support to the population during the Somali Civil War.

- Bosnia and Herzegovina (1992-1995): US involvement in peacekeeping and enforcement actions during the Bosnian War as part of NATO and United Nations operations.

- Haiti (1994): Operation Uphold Democracy, a US-led intervention to restore Jean-Bertrand Aristide as president of Haiti and stabilize the country.

- Kosovo (1999): NATO-led intervention, including significant US involvement, in Kosovo to stop ethnic cleansing and stabilize the region during the Kosovo War.

- Afghanistan (2001-present): US-led invasion of Afghanistan following the September 11 attacks to overthrow the Taliban regime and dismantle terrorist networks, followed by ongoing military operations and nation-building efforts.

- Iraq (2003-2011): US-led invasion of Iraq, commonly referred to as Operation Iraqi Freedom, aimed at overthrowing Saddam Hussein's regime and eliminating perceived weapons of mass destruction.

- Libya (2011): NATO-led intervention, with significant US involvement, to enforce a no-fly zone and protect civilians during the Libyan Civil War, ultimately leading to the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi's regime.

- Syria (2014-present): US military intervention against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and other extremist groups, including airstrikes and support for local allies in the Syrian Civil War.

- Yemen (2002-present): US involvement in counterterrorism operations against Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) and, more recently, providing support to Saudi Arabia in its conflict against Houthi rebels.

- Pakistan (2004-present): Drone strikes and covert operations targeting militants in Pakistan's tribal regions along the Afghan border, primarily aimed at disrupting terrorist networks.

- Philippines (2002-present): Military assistance and counterterrorism support to the Philippine government in its fight against Islamist insurgents, particularly in the southern region of Mindanao.

- Colombia (2000s-present): Military aid and support for the Colombian government in its long-standing conflict against guerrilla groups such as the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and drug trafficking organizations.

This list provides an overview of major US interventions and regime changes influenced by US activity since 1991, but it may not be exhaustive, and the extent and nature of US involvement can vary significantly in each case.
