Paul to be on Cavuto at 4PM EST (in t10 minutes!!) 12/23

Hazek,

I want you to do what you think will help ron paul win. Sometimes good people need to be slapped in the face to realize that they have pooped their pants. Snap out of it is all i'm saying.

Not trying to stomp your ego, just trying to point out the poop.

Ok so who's going to make sure that everyone who was exposed to the BS propaganda smear attack for the last 4 days gets to see this one 5-7min interview to undo the damage?

Don't be naive please, cool, he handled an interview fine, I just hope the damage already done isn't too big.

You worry too much, just like I do. It's unnecessary. What will be will be. The liberal media attacking Ron over racism is nothing new (they're a predictable bunch) and I've heard many stories from republicans actually deciding to vote for him because of it. It's a) cementing him as a front runner because he's being attacked b) making our activists work that much harder to get the message out and c) as Ron said, it's bringing in even more money for his campaign.

At the end of the day we are talking about REPUBLICAN primaries.. I might be more worried in a general election, but not these primaries.

So was this on Fox news or Fox business? I'm hoping Fox news, that was very fair of Cavuto.

Do you want me to respond and potentially damper the positive mood that this interview seems to have created or would you rather I don't?

Remember when Maddow said Rand was a racist, and Rand wasn't, and then Rand won an election?

He remained calm and handled it well. Good to hear an admission that he was negligent. Because he was, as everybody knows, and it makes him look bad if he won't even admit that much candidly. Anyway this is notable not because it puts anything to rest but for how much better he handled it and for how much more sincere he seemed. Sincerity goes a long way. Of all people, he must know that.

This was Fox News! The target audience that are about to vote in less than 2 weeks are watching this and not CNN.

Perhaps, but I believe the hit pieces are used to hurt the independents and dems that will come out for Ron in Iowa and New Hampshire.
To hurt his momentum there.

You are right. Now since he will be expected to answer it many more times, he needs to take that answer and perfect its delivery perfectly. Just my opinion.

Beautiful, and an unforeseen benefit of this mess might be that Ron gets to bring those dire and saddening issues to the forefront.

Based on what I've seen this campaign - the timing of 'Serial Hypocrisy', his letter to Trump, his appearance on Leno, and how he's dealing with this issue - Ron Paul's campaign is pure magic, deftly navigating muddy waters and winning every fight.

Combine that with the media's bias backfiring again and again, and the self-inflicted gaffe wounds of many other 'front runners'.... we're watching fate in action. And I don't even believe in fate. But this is seriously a perfect storm of liberty.

Exactly. The campaign is handling it very well. You can't control what every news media outlet does, you can only speak to public opinion in the end. And interviews like that seal the issue with virtually anyone who would ever have supported him in the first place.

This was, by far, Ron's best handling of being asked about the newsletter. He's right on the real issues, and if this is the only personal thing they can drag up against him, explaining it in this way, they can't touch him. Someone needs to tell the campaign that he needs to handle every future interview question about this in the same way. Defining his strong civil liberty background for All people, his position against the unfair justice system, and conceding that the only legitimate charge here is that he let a couple pages slip out of the thousands of pages due to negligence while he was practicing medicine.

Ron Paul said:
Well, I don't think anybody calls me racist. I think the charge, which could be a correct charge, is I was pretty negligent as a publisher of a newsletter not paying more attention.

Welp, that's it folks. He was a poor publisher of a newsletter, it's all over now. :p

Well done and Neil Cavuto has been a HUGE friend to Dr. Paul's campaign. He needs to be rewarded for his objective journalism.
