To me the Patriots represent the establishment, whereas the Giants the people. Their names are just reversed.

I feel guilty about liking the Patriots because they kicked the Carolina Panthers' asses in the superbowl a few years ago. But I have to admit, they are a vastly superior team to pretty much anyone else out there. Plus, the Live Free or Die state has been good to Ron Paul. So, go Pats!!!
