Official Vice Presidential debate thread - October 4, 2016

Pence was destroying Kaine, until Pence went into neocon mode. Of course Kaine agreed with him on everything. Pandering to their establishment masters.

"I'll be tougher on Putin than you!" "No, I'll be tougher and go after Iran too!" "Oh yeah, I'll bomb North Korea!"

She had a little trouble controlling that douchebag Kaine, but you'd have to reach across the table and slap him upside his stupid head to shut him up.
 
Tim Kaine just crossed the line. He repeated the hideous thing the President said back in 2008 about unplanned children being a punishment to women. That is just the most horrible thing a person could ever say. A baby is not a punishment. A baby is the natural result of sex between a man and a woman. The baby has a right to life.
 
Pence seems Presidential - what ever that is. Kaine seems like a dork.
 
Mike Pence is solid as a rock. He is exactly the kind of man who inspires confidence. He looks wonderful on camera and he keeps his cool.
 
I did not watch this travesty, but I am LMAO at all the Trump supporters on my FB whining that Kaine has 'no class.' Irony, they has lots.

OOhhh, look how smooth and polished Mike Pence is, and Kaine is so rough and unpolished that stupid bytch!

Tim Kaine looks like Dr. Phlox from Star Trek: Enterprise. He has the same shit-eating grin.

This debate just proves why everyone is wrong when they say Trump could win with the media if he only played nice.

Last week the talk was all about how Trump was stupid for taking the bait and defending himself against all of Hillary's attacks. I watched the commentary on ABC after the debate tonight, and it was all about how Pence was unprepared to defend against Kaine's attacks on Trump. They said Kaine won because he just kept hammering him with the attacks all night long and Pence just brushed them off. He wasn't prepared to defend against Kaine's attacks they said. It just proves that the Trump camp is damned if they do, damned if they don't.

They are aware of that. They are throwing it back at the Never Trumpers and the libs. "Hey look, now our guy is the polished one, and yours is unhinged. Are you going to say Tim Kaine is unfit to be VP? Are you going to call Tim Kaine a bully and a lunatic?"

These two represent the first decision made by the nominees.
The possibility of Hillary not being able to complete a full four year term would leave us with a President Tim Kaine

I didn't like her. She was better than Lester by miles, but she was quick to cut Pence off, and let the reins go slack on Kaine. When Pence started talking about the Clinton foundation towards the end she suddenly became very forceful in shutting people up. ABC also brought up a bio on Pence while he was talking about that. Great distraction from the most important point in the debate against Hillary. Also, she referred to illegal aliens as "undocumented immigrants".

Actually, between being an interupting douche, Kaine was more polished with pre-memorized lines and talking points. Pence came across as more authentic.
