Official Thread: 2024 Vote Fraud

The election police force that was created in 2022 prevented the illegal voting problem in the 2020 election?

That's really interesting considering that supposed illegal voting in 2020 was the reason it was created.

Democrats have been saying math is bad for a few years now. You knew Republicans would start doing it too. They do everything the Democrats do, starting a few years later.

It's just one example of them taking the problem seriously (or more seriously than many other states)

Florida requires voters to present photo identification (ID) while voting. Accepted forms of ID include Florida driver’s licenses, U.S. passports, and student IDs.

In 1977, the Florida Legislature required every voter to present an ID in order to vote. In 1998, the legislature required voters to present a photo ID

Florida's local election supervisors reacted with skepticism Wednesday to a push by state authorities to remove thousands of potential non-U.S. citizens from the voting rolls, only months before the 2012 elections in which the coveted swing state will play a key role.
The supervisors, meeting at their annual summer conference, peppered state election officials with questions about the list of more than 2,600 registered voters who have been identified as being in Florida legally but ineligible to vote. That list was sent to supervisors recently, but state officials have also said there may be as many as 182,000 registered voters who may not be citizens.
The questions about voter eligibility surface as the state continues its months-long efforts to scrub the rolls, including asking supervisors to remove more than 53,000 dead people discovered by comparing voter rolls to federal Social Security files. This was the first time the state checked the files. It was allowed under a controversial election law that passed the GOP-controlled Legislature last year.
[h=3]Florida Voter Rolls by the Numbers[/h]
Recent examinations of Florida's voter rolls has several irregularities, including:

  • 53,000 dead people
  • 2,600 immigrants who entered the country legally, but are not U.S. citizens
  • State officials say there may be as many as 182,000 registered voters who are not citizens
The state's 67 county offices must now reach out to potentially ineligible voters to assess their citizenship status.
State election officials want the state's 67 county election offices to reach out to those on the potentially ineligible list, determine their citizenship status and remove them from the rolls if they are not U.S. citizens.

They need to do a lot more, and it's very likely they missed a lot of illegal votes when they investigated, but they probably don't have as many to find as other states because they bother to try.

Governor Greg Abbott today announced that since signing Senate Bill 1 into law in 2021, Texas has removed over one million people from the state’s voter rolls, including people who moved out-of-state, are deceased, and are noncitizens. That removal process has been, and will continue to be, ongoing.

PA - court overturns state law requiring mail in ballots be dated correctly

Heh...heh...heh...hahahahah.

Pennsylvania Undated and Wrongly Dated Mail-In Ballots Challenge (BPEP)
Black Political Empowerment Project v. Schmidt

Filed: May 28, 2024

Decided: August 30, 2024

https://www.democracydocket.com/cas...wrongly-dated-mail-in-ballots-challenge-bpep/

Lawsuit filed on behalf of 10 pro-voting groups against Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt (R) and the boards of elections in Philadelphia and Allegheny counties challenging a state election law that disqualifies mail-in ballots due to incorrect or missing dates on the outer envelope. The pro-voting groups allege that this law has led to the disqualification of over 10,000 mail-in ballots since the 2022 election. The plaintiffs argue that disqualifying undated and wrongly dated mail-in ballots deprives Pennsylvania voters of the right to vote, in violation of the state constitution. The plaintiffs ask the court to find this law unconstitutional and block Pennsylvania election officials from enforcing it. On June 10, the court granted two sets of motions to intervene — one from the Republican National Committee and the Republican Party of Pennsylvania and the other from the Democratic National Committee and the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. The Commonwealth Court will held a hearing on Aug. 1, 2024.

RESULT: On Aug. 30, the Commonwealth Court ruled that rejecting undated and wrongly dated mail-in ballots violated the state constitution.

Eliminate mail in voting all together. Harris will probably win PA because of this.

Probably?
Who here is seriously of the opinion that Harris can lose?
The TV has been crafting alternate reality nonstop. All anyone can do is watch the steal, document it exhaustively, and watch everyone collectively yawn when the deep state kicks in and stops anything happening about it.

FFS they just tried to kill one of the candidates and just stopped everyone talking about it. They can get away with high profile murder attempts. Printing some paper is kind of a lower bar.

There it it is, one two three.

The system still has plan A - throw him in jail on 18 Sept.

It helps to read the opinion of the court.

We also agree with Petitioners’ assertion that the dating provisions cannot survive strict scrutiny, as they serve no compelling government interest. As has been determined in prior litigation involving the dating provisions, the date on the outer absentee and mail-in ballot envelopes is not used to determine the timeliness of a ballot, a voter’s qualifications/eligibility to vote, or fraud. It is therefore apparent that the dating provisions are virtually meaningless and, thus, serve no compelling government interest. See, e.g., NAACP III, 97 F.4th at 125, 127, 137 (recognizing that the dating provisions “serve[] little apparent purpose” because the date is “not used to confirm timely receipt of the ballot or to determine when the voter completed it[,]” as timeliness is instead “established both by a receipt stamp placed on the envelope by the county board and separately through scanning of the unique barcode on the envelope”; and the date does not determine voter qualifications); see id. at 140, 155 n.31 (Shwartz, C.J., dissenting) (observing, based on the evidence, that the date is also not used to detect fraud, and that no county board in NAACP identified any fraud concern due to an undated or incorrectly dated mail ballot declaration).

At the en banc oral argument before this Court, counsel for the Secretary confirmed that none of the county boards of elections use the handwritten date for any purpose, and he further relayed that the only reason the date is included on absentee and mail-in ballot envelope declarations is because such requirement is in the Election Code...

To look at a mail ballot that substantially follows the requirements of the Election Code, save for including a handwritten date on the outer envelope declaration, and which also includes a barcode unique to that ballot as well as a timestamped date indicating its timely receipt by the voter’s respective county board of elections by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, and say that such voter is not entitled to vote for whomever candidates he or she has chosen therein due to a minor irregularity thereon “is to negate the whole genius of our electoral machinery.” Appeal of James, 105 A.2d at 66. Simply put, the “practical” regulation of requiring voters to date their mail ballot declarations “obstructs and hampers the independent voter” and places voters on unequal playing fields where voters timely submit their mail ballots, but one voter may inadvertently include what has been coined an “incorrect” date, or a birthdate, or forgets to include the date altogether or the correct or full year, and another may include the date on which they filled out the declaration.

My favorite are the polls which show Cumala with a slow steady rise, now overtaking Chump.

It helps to know anything about the history of elections, and states counting ballots received AFTER election day. This decision will allow continued illegal vote harvesting after election day and with no way to verify when the ballots were filled out and mailed.

The opinion has nothing to do with ballots received after election day. It deals solely with the failure to date a ballot envelope under circumstances where the date has absolutely no significance.

What odd grammar to use.

I'm to assume the court just ruled that a correct date is subjective?

According to the opinion, the PA Secretary of State has changed the definition of correct date three times since implementing the new policy. The most recent standard (before the opinion) was that it had to include the full year or else would be rejected. Is there a substantial threat from people fraudulently submitting ballots from the 1924 election?

Perhaps instead there is a risk that (brown) vote wizards send their late ballots back in time so that they will be received prior to the submission date?

From the conclusion of the ruling:
As prescribed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Ball v. Chapman, 289 A.3d 1 (Pa. 2023), county boards of elections retain authority to evaluate absentee and mail-in ballots for compliance with the Election Code, including the dating provisions to ensure that the absentee and mail-in ballots are timely submitted by qualified electors, and thus prevent fraud.

I wouldn't think you a huge fan of the arbitrary rules of the bureaucratic class.

Which blue check sent you this?

If only the postal service had some kind of mechanical contraption which could print the date of receipt onto envelopes.

Perhaps I will invent such a device.
