Any de-facto admission or entry of an alien, taking place under the lack of enforcement of applicable laws by a previous administration, has no automatic or retroactive authority - UNLESS a status of legality was conferred directly to the individual, such as a visa or a green card, or the policy of the new administration continues to choose not to enforce laws. Since Trump does not choose to continue the previous policy, this hypothetical individual has no right to remain in the United States. He may be deported.

If one cannot produce official documentation of legality, and the government has no record of a conferred status, then there is none - none to anyone but a natural-born American. The same applies for time-limited status, such as expired visas. They are not valid when their limited time window is surpassed.

The left, including the liberal Mises Institute, would like us to believe that millions of foreigners, present amongst us due simply to the lack of enforcement of laws by the Biden administration, should be considered as LEGAL, due to the bare fact that Biden did not enforce the law on them.

This is a falsehood. It is a highly destructive and dangerous lie, so serious that one should write off anyone expressing it as harbouring an ulterior motive against the rights of Americans and against the Constitution itself.

well, technically you're right and that hit me after the post, HOWEVER, Hornberger does write for Mises sometimes. Nonetheless, Mises has objections about the tariffs I blasted in another thread, proving that they don't cause inflation, which has other reasons... and the silly op-ed about the Mexican cartels. Anyway, the attitude about deportations at Mises.org is of a very similar vein to RPI and Hornberger. For example:

New damning details have emerged regarding an alleged MS-13 gangster from El Salvador that the corporate media affectionately calls a “Maryland man.”


As TGP readers know, the Trump administration recently sent Kilmer Abrego Garcia, who illegally entered America in 2011, back to his home country. The administration cited two court rulings that found that he was an MS-13 gang member. This made him a designated foreign terrorist and an El Salvadorian citizen who was in the United States illegally.

TGP’s Jordan Conradson has also revealed that Abrego Garcia had TWO protective orders for domestic violence filed against him by his wife, Jennifer Vasquez. One of these was in 2020, and the other in 2021.


Court documents showed he repeatedly scratched and beat his helpless wife on multiple occasions, yet the media remains silent.


Now, Attorney General Pam Bondi has released a document that contains multiple damning new details regarding Abrego Garcia, which further blow up the media narrative about him.

The document in question is a Prince George’s County Police Department Gang Field Interview Sheet from March 28, 2019. Police arrested Abrego Garcia and three others after catching them loitering in the parking lot of a Home Depot in Hyattsville, Maryland.


The new information revealed by the document should put to rest any doubt that Abrego Garcia is nothing more than a violent and prominent member of one of the most brutal gangs on Earth.


Per the document, here are the details:

1. When Garcia was arrested in March 2019, he and three of his cronies were found in possession of marijuana and discarded several other items at the scene.

As Det. –approached the individuals, two of the individuals reached into their waistbands and discarded several unknown items under a parked vehicle. All four individuals were stopped by Hyattsville officers.

Two small plastic bottles containing marijuana were located on the scene. All four individuals were transported back to District I for interviews.

2. He was arrested with two other members of MS-13 named Christhyan Hernandez-Romero and Jose Guillermo Dominguez. A fourth individual was unnamed in the interview sheet.

Members of the Prince George’s County Gang Unit MS-13 Intelligence Squad have encountered Christhyan HERNANDEZ-ROMERO on multiple occasions. He has an extensive criminal history for multiple assaults, concealing dangerous weapons, burglary, and many other criminal offenses.

He has also been found guilty of gang participation in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County in December of 2018. Officers know HERNANDEZ-ROMERO to be an active MS-13 gang member with the Sailor’s Clique with the rank of”Observacion” and the moniker of”Bimbo.”


Officers also interview Jose Guillermo DOMINGUEZ. During the interview, officers observed tattoos of skulls covering their eyes, ears, and mouth. Officers know these kind of tattoos are indicative of the Hispanic gang culture. The tattoos is meant to represent “ver, oir y caljar” or “see no evil, hear rio evil and say no evil”.

He also had a tattoo of a devil on his left leg, which officers know only higher-ranking MS-13 gang members are allowed to get a tattoo with the horns. This represents power within MS-13. Officers made contact with a past proven and reliable source of information, who advised Jose Guillermo DOMINGUEZ is an active MS-13 gang member with the Sailor’s clique, the rank of “Chequeo” with the moniker “Maniaco.”

3. When Abrego Garcia was arrested, he was wearing MS-13’s uniform.


During the interview, Thursday, March 28, 2019, officers observed he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie with rolls of money covering the eyes, ears, and mouth of the presidents on the separate denominations.

Officers know such clothing to be indicative of the Hispanic gang culture. The meaning of the clothing is to represent “ver, oir y callar” or “see no evil, hear- no evil and say no evil.”

4. A confidential source then confirmed that Abrego-Garcia was a member of MS-13 and revealed his rank in the organization.

Wearing the Chicago Bulls hat represents that they are a member in good standing with the MS-13. Officers contacted a past proven and reliable source of information, who advised Kilmar Armando ABREGO-GARCIA is an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique.

The confidential source further advised that he is the rank of “Chequeo” with the moniker of “Chele.”

The Tennessee Star learned on Wednesday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the Central American gang Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) who was deported to El Salvador under President Donald Trump amid legal action claiming the removal was by mistake, was suspected of being engaged in human trafficking by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer who detained him in December 2022, leading the THP to contact the FBI for guidance. Within two hours, the FBI ultimately requested the THP release Garcia and the passengers in his vehicle. THP complied with the request.


The Star learned from sources familiar with the incident that Abrego Garcia was stopped for an unknown reason on December 6, 2022, and that the THP officer responsible for the stop immediately discovered Abrego Garcia was transporting seven passengers, with eight individuals inside the vehicle.


During a nearly two-hour traffic stop, the THP officer determined that Abrego Garcia (pictured above) was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license and began searching for information about him.


One source told The Star that THP ultimately discovered Abrego Garcia was on a terrorist watch list, but could not locate Abrego Garcia on a deportation list. Another source told The Star that THP did not discover Abrego Garcia on a terrorist watch list but that another one of the seven passengers in the vehicle may have been on a terrorist watch list.


THP subsequently called the FBI, which was then led by former Director Christopher Wray under the Biden administration. The FBI instructed the THP officers at the scene to capture photographs of all eight people in the vehicle and document its contents.


Once the photographs were captured, this source told The Star that the FBI requested THP release all eight individuals and that the THP officers complied with this request.


The Star learned that the circumstances of the stop made the THP officer responsible for the stop concerned that Abrego Garcia was engaged in human trafficking, but that Abrego Garcia and his passengers were nonetheless released at the request of the FBI.
