No kidding. There's nothing racist about saying we should limit Muslim immigration into the United States. Islam is very misogynist. Very anti freedom.

Here's the relevant quote from an interview it gave last week:

I'd say this pretty well settles things.

I don't hate anyone. My comment has nothing to do with Israel or Jews. It has to do with not painting all people with the same brush.

Everyone who calls him/herself a Muslim is NOT a terrorist. The Old Testament calls on those of us who follow The Bible to do some things that Christians don't do too. I would hate to be judged by those who call for stoning adulterers and gay people in 2015. That's not me.

The Christians don't do those things because the Bible doesn't "call on them" to do it. The Old Testament is about how things were before Christ's sacrifice. It never calls on Christians to stone anybody, and that's why we don't do it. It's not just a subjective "I don't like this part so I don't follow it" mentality that Christians have. If that was the case, then even the blindest of Christians could see how much of a joke Christianity was. Fortunately, though, that's not how it is.

"Christians" burned Joan of Arc at the stake for wearing men's clothes. And she had it coming to her because, right before she was captured, she announced her intention to go murder some heretic Christians cause they didn't follow the Pope. Yeah...that goes against your definition of Christianity and mine too. But there are Christians right now who say we should be killing gays and all that.

Anyway, this entire thread is stupid. Sorry LibertyEagle but it is. Judaism isn't a race either. You can be "born" into Judaism sure. But you can be converted into it. And you can leave it. And Jews, by definition, don't believe in Christ's sacrifice. (You could say "Messianic Jews" do, but the state of Israel has declared that they aren't Jews.) So for Jews nothing has changed WRT whether or not stoning is appropriate. So why don't you see a lot of that in Israel today? Israel is largely a secular country. Israel is tolerant of gay marriage (not to the extent the U.S. now is, but more than the U.S. was), and pays for abortion. You can be a Jew and an atheist (just not a Christian. Imagine that?). After centuries of living under the rule of others and not having the ability to set their own laws, Jews have come to the conclusion that...maybe life will go on if that girl gets pregnant and doesn't get stoned. They've taken on that "Let's not stone them" culture. Many Jews have a passover "beet" instead of a lamb. Why? Because they couldn't get lamb at one time so somebody say "Hey...beet juice looks like blood. Let's use it!" Much of what might otherwise be offensive about being Jewish has drained away over time. You see remnants of it flashing through. (They Palestinian baby that got burned to death for instance.) But the overall community condemns that because they know they must to maintain the respectability of the rest of the world. Muslims have a continuity of some Muslim majority country somewhere that all aspects of their religion can be practiced since their rise.

How do you know that those "40%" believe that non-Muslims should be subjected to Shariah in the United States? We already have Shariah courts in the US and they are voluntary and contractual but cannot supersede the Constitution and basic Rights. Look up the video about Judge Neapolitan discussing this matter.

OReich doesn't know that. But that doesn't stop him from painting this stat in the worst possible light.
