If it is a Godaddy Registered domain, I find they usually propagate in 2 hours or less.
This clearly seems to be an issue with either the DNS server or the DNS entries.
Works fine for me in Southern NH. It's been working fine for the last hour or so.
The site isn't back I'm afraid. Those who say they aren't having problems are probably viewing an older version of the site stored in their browser cache. Every page you visit is saved for a short time in your browser's memory for quick loading later.
If you clear the cache/cookies under internet options, then try to visit, you will see the same "not found" page as the rest of us.
