I'm thrilled to announce that Young Americans for Liberty, the organization that grew out of Students for Ron Paul in 2008, is holding state conventions in ten places across the country in the coming weeks -- and I'm keynoting the ones in Kansas and Minnesota! Schedules are still being finalized, but Ron Paul leads a roster of great speakers for these upcoming events.

I just got an email about the one in Indianapolis and it's still possible that I might go, it's just that road trips don't do it for me like they once did. Plus, I just got back from a hectic state convention and the associated travel but we'll see. However, I'm thoroughly delighted to see these events continuing to pop off. If I don't go I'll try and sponsor a few students.

From what I know, it isn't finalized that Ron will make it to all ten state conventions. I'm a little confused by the title, does anybody else have any info?

Then again, if Ron Paul shows up, it'll just bring out the sign wavers/cheerleaders and possibly take seats away from those that are serious about activism.

The title of this thread is inaccurate. The Keynote speaker at the YAL NJ State Convention is Peter Schiff. If anyone is going to the NJ State Convention or IN State Convention, message me before you register and I'll hook you up. Actually, if you want to go to any of them, feel free to message me and I'll explain the various discounts to you.

I will say Koch and Heritage raise my eyebrows a bit although I certainly see why they would want to make friends. And Freedom works seems to get higher billing than C4L.
