Hey everyone, I am messaging all of my friends in Tennessee in hopes of getting them to turn out to vote for Dr. Ron Paul in the Tennessee primary on February 5th (a week from today).
All you have to do to vote in the primary is be registered to vote in Tennessee. No party affiliation is necessary in Tennessee.
I have been supporting Ron Paul for several months and have found him to be the most inspiring political figure of my lifetime. If you have not made up your mind about the election, I urge you to consider Ron Paul. Ron Paul believes in following every word of the constitution.The media paints Congressman Paul as a long-shot candidate but that is not true! Paul has beaten Rudy Giuliani in several primaries, beat Fred Thompson in one primary and came in 2nd in the Nevada Caucus! Dr. Paul has no plans to drop out of the race unlike Giuliani and Huckabee who will be dropping out shortly due to lack of funds. This leaves a 3 man race between Paul, McCain and Romney.
McCain and Romney both favor a National ID Card. This means in order to drive a car, enter a federal building, hold a job or fly on an airplane you would have to present your National ID. The government would use this ID to track your activity if they considered you a terrorist threat.This is what the founding fathers warned us about! This is America, not the Soviet Union. Americans should never be asked to show their papers at any time!!!!
John McCain and Mitt Romney both plan to keep the U.S. in Iraq for several more years and are even in favor of starting more wars over terrorist threats. Spending all this money on wars is only going to damage our already struggling economy even more! The U.S. deficit stands at over $ 9 trillion dollars and will only get larger without cutting spending on all of these wars we fight and all of these silly programs at home, like social security. Guess who is going to have to pay off our huge deficit for the next 40 years? WE ARE!!!
Guess who is going to lose their freedoms in the name of "homeland security", and live in a police state!!! WE ARE!!!

- No more federal income tax
- No more paying into Social Security for young people
- No more messing with other countries affairs
- No more starting wars for no reason
- No more invasion of our privacy and personal rights
- No more government trying to run every part of our lives
- No more birthright citizenship for illegal immigrants
- No more taking orders from the UN and NATO
- No more taxes on tips for waiters and waitresses
- No more federal government interfering with abortion rights(states decide)
- No more War on Drugs
