Great Rand Paul Video

It's one of the best rants I've heard (lately). He asks liberal Kathleen Hogan if she's prochoice and she says yes and Rand says, "You're prochoice on abortion...but hardly anything else." He goes off on how it's absurd that the government doesn't give us a choice on light bulbs, toilets, etc. She stumbles over her words and he doesn't let her get away with cop outs. He even calls her a busybody. Great to see someone stand up for liberty. I love the expression on her face at the end!

This is one of the first committee hearing videos Rand had after he took office. It was pretty good and indicative of how he would roil washington in the years to come.

I remember this. I have since done a bit of research on the laws that he was discussing, and it is truly amazing how far the tentacles of government have reached into the private sector, rearranging and manipulating products and production like the creepy hidden puppet-master that it is.
