Face it..We either win or lose this election tommorrow in NH

I should also add that if Paul doesn't win the primary we must take what support we have and focus on Senate and House seats if we can find the candidates. Getting Ron some real friends to work with is essential.

I'm optimistic about NH, especially after Ron's email. He wouldn't get our hopes up like that unless he knew we had a good shot. He has been campaigning hard (much harder than Iowa) there and knows his chances better than most of us do.

I'm also sick of reading about how it's the end of the world if we don't win NH. It's not. We have super Tuesday then quite possibly a brokered convention. Those of you who are quick to predict the future should go study previous elections, political science, and figure out the reasons why two states don't make or break a candidate.

I am quite optimistic myself about NH

One of our meetup members was up there for 2 weeks recently and he told me that you couldn't swing a cat by the tail without hitting a Ron Paul sign

Then tonight, one of our accounts that we do towing for, the owner told me in Vermont there was "More Ron Paul Signs than Road Signs"... (he owns property up there_

The only worry I have is that Signs don't vote, people do... But I also agree, Ron Paul needs to be prepped properly, and he needs to close his statements assuring people that HE is the MAN for the job, and no one else.

This election is completely up for grabs, dont let anyone fool you. The standard "deciding" rules dont apply here. This is the first election in a very long time where there is NO incumbent running, period. Bushes numbers are in the toilet, congresses numbers are worse. The American people out there have HAD IT UP TO HERE with this crap. The only thing standing in our way is being able to get the message out CLEARLY, so people understand it. Ron Paul IS America. People need to be exposed to what he has to say.....America will never be OVER unless the attitudes on this board and others prevail. Weakness never solves anything!

What is important is win or lose most of us are in this movement in the long run. And if we have to wait for the day Rand Paul decides to run for president or Barry Goldwater II so be it. We will take this country back. It doesn't have to be in 2008. Though sooner is always better.

I don't think it really matters what we do in NH. We need to keep spreading the word and this cause. I don't remember Christopher Columbus giving up after multiple scientist thought they were showing him correct evidence that the world couldn't be round and that he was crazy. Guess what, the world is round. So through up statistics on how canidates fair after the first 2 states. Sounds like to me that these are the same methods that made the majority of American people apathetic sheep in the first place. As long as I am in this world I will spread these same values and ideals that Ron Paul does with the same conviction. You can convince yourself how something isn't possible all you want, that just means you have a low capability of accomplishing anything. Confidence will always make you better as much as you want to deny it. GO RON PAUL!!! Thanks for continous battle for righteousness and reason!!

You've inadvertently reminded me of why I'm fighting so hard. If even a Ron Paul supporter has been duped by the misinformation instilled in children by the public school system that anyone other than a few wackos believed the world was flat in Columbus' time or that him proving the world was round had anything to do with his voyages, it proves that we need to restore transparency and reason to politics.

IF we don't start taking our party and our country back with Ron Paul, you will never garner as much support for the cause for a long time..

Now is the time, we either do it now, or we wait another 20 years.

This is the game the media is planning on, block them just long enough till he fizzles out, and the problems will go away..

Its easy for all of us to say "Stay in it for the long haul" but you and I both know, 50 percent of the supporters will bail if he loses, and thus we have lost easily half our army..

So yes, we are right in demanding a bit of aggression and reassurances.

Save the Battered Wife Syndrome crap for someone else.

Money doesn't matter anymore IMO... Main stream media coverage adds up to tens of millions of dollars each week. Like it or not, they make campaigns.. case in point. HUCKATARD.. the twit is polling FRIGGIN THIRD IN NH RIGHT NOW.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

Don't kid yourself, MONEY MATTERS A LOT!

I'm so tired of hearing "Face it it's over if....." everytime I come to this board.

There are 50 states. Not Two. The longer the campaign goes on, with this slate of horrible candidates, the better Paul's chance become. Delegates are what matter.

Dr. Paul will keep running as long he has our support. He will quit tomorrow if we decide to quit too. He is doing this for us and we need to keep supporting him. We are a big family, so don't ruin it.

+1. This is much, much bigger than any single man.

....really? You cannot be serious...

Paul is polling at 6% to 10% in NH. Anyone outside of the top two or three will be forgotten...as they should be. It's time for the fringe to drop off. Keyes, Kucinich, Tancredo, Paul....the dingle-berries on the rear end of America.

Latest national poll results:

Gallup: 5%
ABC News: 3%
MSNBC: 4%
Zogby: 4%
CBS News: 4%
CNN: 6%
Quinnipiac: 2%
Marist: 2%
ARG: 5%
Cook Political: 5%
Pew Research: 4%
USA Today: 3%

That an average of 3.916667% in national polls. Keep up the good work...:)

No, this is reality and that is not how it works. I have become convinced that Paulites (Paultards) have never been involved with or even followed a national campaign. A candidate polling at less that 4% nationally will never be the nominee for either party. There is a reason the top tier candidates are polling higher...they are more popular among voters. What an odd concept that is. Iowa has passed, NH is all buy over...just when is Paul planning on spending your money? Keep up the good work...:) It's worth the amusement.

Well, it didn't take long to show your true colors Mr. Daddy.....

With that Paultard snipe you have proven your troll status. Yes, sometimes one has to call a newbie who insults Paul supporters and ignores all other factors in a debate, a TROLL.

So, what you telling me is that you support people based on their perceived winner status then voting in who you believe?

NO ONE KNOWS THE TRUTH OR THERE WOULD BE NO POINT TO AN ELECTION. WE WOULD JUST USE POLLS INSTEAD OF VOTING.

It is sell-outs like you that are hurting this country.

Clinton lost both the Iowa caucuses and NH... dumb statement to make

Also, Ron Paul is not Bill Clinton (who was one of the sexiest men alive when he ran.) Bill Clinton also had an effective campaign, and he turned it into a machine.

Presidential campaigns are often like the Oscars: it depends who the nominees are each year. This is no excuse why losing these primaries is acceptable. Some of us find winning sexy. You can say it's a cause; maybe I'll just give my money to Unicef then. Even Rudy gets flack for waiting till Super Tuesday to win, and he is being written off by the media.

Ron Paul has to fight for media attention, and people still read newspapers and watch TV. Grassroots, money and the internet will not carry him all the way to the White House in 2008. He needs actual votes, or he's a "fringe candidate" and a "long shot."

NH is the best chance this campaign has to prove the media wrong. It's a small state, and the resources are there. I am praying that he wins tonight.

It must be hard being for someone like yourself, to come to a board where people vote for what they believe, instead of what polls tell them . And give money regardless of the outcome. :) I bet you sit and wonder what it's like to have integrity.

I fear we may have less results in NH than many people expect, but am working hard to make the results as good as possible.
I said this elsewhere, I'll say it here:

There are plenty of reasons we will do well in NH:
* lots of undecided voters
* lots of support from State Representatives
* Operation Live Free or Die (yaaaay Vijay!!)
* Free State Project (yaaaay porcupines!)

But is the above enough? Will the GOTV database function in NH? Or will we see a repeat of Iowa?

There are plenty of reasons we'll do poorly:
* Ron himself has not been here much compared to other candidates
* Money from moneybombs didn't arrive early enough to make for a campaign proportinate to the size of the war chest
* Independents thinking they are voting for the "underdog" by voting for Obamamamma

These are BIG question marks in my opinion.
1) WHY was Ron not there more?
2) Money? B.S. Where exactly did the $5.4 Million from the 3rd Quarter go? And the 4th Q "goal" of $12M was nearly reached a month ahead of time.

We were lead to believe that that money was going to MAINLY go towards NH, with Iowa and probably SC being slightly lower priorities.

Well? Was the money spent in NH? From what I have seen on dollar analysis of advertising in NH by the candidates, it was not.

Blame Obama... cool, that sounds like a really good excuse to let the campaign staff off the hook.

Some of you need to come off your high horse, and I'm sure you have some words for me. But saying things like "I bet you sit and wonder what it's like to have integrity" is just hopelessly naive. Ron Paul needs every vote he can get. An "Us v. Them" mentality would be great if we were voting for lifeboats on the Titanic.
