It will be funny if Scott Walker loses.

I see that You and Scott Walker won. Congratulations!

If we can slaughter them hard, are there enough Dem seats available for winning to overcome a prez veto? - Yes, Obamacare.

The Republicans aren't gonna touch Obamacare - not even with a veto-proof majority.

Well, okay ... they might "touch" it by fiddling with it on the margins (in order to toss a few fish to the barking seals in their favored special interest and constituent groups).

But like Social Security and Medicare before it, "Obamacare" is now just another thing for Republicans to soft-sell and (so-called) "conservatives" to "conserve" ...

Our governor's race is tight as hell. 88% reporting and the (R) challenger's lead is less than 6,000 votes. Hope it holds and we can repeal that bullshit gun legislation.

90% reporting and the lead has shrunk to less than 800 votes.
Nail biter,for sure.

Dave Brat won 61-37.

Didier's race is stuck at 44% for the last 3 hours, both per Politico and CNN. He's trailing 52-48.

With 45.3% reporting,Didier is behind Newhouse by 3.4% in Wa. 4th.
From my post #71 in this thread.Less percentage votes than over Five hours ago and still frozen??!?

I would rather have the Republicans in charge of the Senate than the Democrats, but I have to admit that this was a good night for the GOP establishment. They fought off the tea party candidates in the primaries, and unfortunately it seems as though the American people like their bland, stand for nothing candidates. It wasn't really a great night for liberty with the exception of marijuana legalization in Oregon and Alaska. The most important race of the night for the liberty movement was the contest for the Kentucky state house, and we lost that.

Wendy Davis managed to turn Texas even redder than it was. Wendy Davis lost by 20.5%

Bill White lost in 2010 by 12.5%

The first set of numbers are early voting totals.
