But, let's go with your straw man argument. Revoking someone's membership to a private club is
not the same thing as banning him from the club. At most private clubs members can bring a guest. The facts put in court is that Epstein was on the membership list but, after he tried to hit on the daughter of another member, he was kicked out and taken off the guest list. If you want to keep someone from being able to come it at all you need to put him on a
ban list. You haven't provided evidence that shows Epstein was put on a
