Donald Luskin has now endorsed John McCain [CONFIRMED]

Who are you to judge me on personal integrity especially because I don't believe everything that comes out of blog post including Lew Rockwell's fingertips? As an individual I question everything. That demonstrates a lack of understanding of Liberty on your part. Glad I'm not after your vote. ;)

Time for a remedial reading course?

How many of us have wasted our time pointing you to the OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN SITE? That proves that Lew wrote the truth. Whassamatta, he got the memo before you did? Grow up.

It is one thing to wait for confirmation of a piece of information, before you believe it. It is quite another to throw around things like "Lew Rockwell is full of shit.", while doing so. Are you telling me, that you honestly do not see the problem with what you did?

McCain knows he will get clocked in a landslide

He has no grassroots and probably hired Luskin wondering WTF economic concerns to Pauliacs have and how to get em on his side, McCain has no clue about dollars and economies, and war costs. He is gonna lose by 20 percent. I am glad too.

Don Luskin did not endorse McCain.

EXACTLY!

as far as we know he's just advising him.

Im hoping he takes it 1 step further and somehow ends up bashing McCain on his complete ignorance on the economic issue.

out of curiousity, does Don Luskin want the troops home for economic reasons?

if his economic platform is cut foreign policy spending to save the economy, somewhat like ron pauls, then why would mccain even want him?

Its kind of rediculous that he jumped ship 2 days after he was practicly worshipping Ron's feet.

I was just having a snicker at what McCain will actually think of Don Luskin's policies? Will he lie and adopt them, or will he cast Luskin aside?

Yes Clay, Don Luskin has previously mentioned that our foreign interventionist policy has caused a considerable negative economic consequences. I believe it was on Kramer. There is a video on YouTube somewhere. I will see if I can pull it up.

Also, I would like to say again. Don Luskin did never endorsed John McCain. Just because McCain is trying to tap him for economic advise does not signal a Luskin endorsement. If anything it may convince McFonda supporters that the war is causing much of the economic downfall we see.

The only thing I can think of is this,

He made a comment yesterday that He was Ron Paul's Economic Advisor but that Ron Paul was the only republican that DID NOT NEED ONE.

That makes sense if he feels that if he feels strongly about his economic principles to try and convert as many people as possible.

Ron Paul himself has made note that he is just a conduit for his message. In the Grand scheme of things, as much as i love ron paul, if him being in this race causes others to wake up and adopt his sounds principles the he ends up ultimatly winning.

Now I am only speculating on why he left and it could be about money, but from hearing about him yesterday I do not think he is a traitor or against ron paul at all.

Some people just decide if they feel someone does not have a chance, might as well make a POSITIVE Impact with someone else.

All in ALL at the end of the day if some of ron's Principles are implemented why would we be upset or mad?

No source - I don't buy it.

He must have picked it up from the always reliable Wikipedia, which says this under Luskin's entry:

"On January 22, 2008, Luskin endorsed Ron Paul for president.

On January 24, 2008, Luskin was appointed Economic Advisor to the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign. In reference to Paul's economic revitalization plan, Luskin said "Ron Paul’s economic plan is the real thing – a plan. It’s not just a band-aid designed to ‘stimulate’ the economy in an election year. It’s a fundamental agenda for real and lasting change, making the US economy more vibrant and competitive, and removing barriers to advancement for all Americans.” [18] On February 7, 2008, Luskin step down from Paul's campaign and joined McCain [19].

On February 7, 2008, Luskin left the Ron Paul Campaign to work for the John McCain campaign after an undisclosed compensation package was offered."

It its in Wikipedia, it must be true, right? lol

Hit the nail on the head. That's what this revolution is about. Implementing better policies....not a RP presidency. I think its good news.
