'The important thing to consider is that more and more there is an interdependence of world economies. No one can afford to be isolationist any more. Keep your focus global. Globalization has torn down the barriers that have formerly separated the national from the international markets.'--Source: Never Give Up, by Donald Trump, p.158 , Jan 18, 2008

No wonder the media is spamming their b.s. narrative so hard. They don't want us to see what they know:

Context?

Is this a policy statement or investment insight? If the latter, it's prudent advice.

You're obviously perfectly well aware of the context, or you wouldn't be trying to spin it so hard.

You're the Trumpanzee. Buy the book and fill us in on the context. I dare you to.

LOL

I have no clue what the context is because I haven't read this, or any of his books (because I'm not a "Trumpanzee").

But I assume that you have read this book and therefore know the context since you've posted it here. Please, enlighten us?

The context is that a globalist is running for office while masquerading as an ardent nationalist, and the internet is full of people who are trying to obfuscate, cast doubt upon, and distract the public from, the truth of the matter.

The media won't point a camera or a microphone at anyone who isn't a globalist. As they have proven to Ron Paul supporters time and time again. And yet, it has been almost a year since we have been able to turn on our televisions and not see Donald J. Trump.

You don't have to have eyes to see and ears to hear. But there are people out there who do.

A lot can change in 8 years. Why is it that China is getting worried about a Trump presidency, if he is so globalist?

In other words, you have no idea what the actual context is of the paragraph that you randomly found somewhere on the internet, but decided to post it here anyway cuz it sounds really damning.

Tojo made China nervous for a lot of different reasons, mainly his invading them, and the rape of Nanking.

And? Are you saying the Chinese should consider Trump to be Mother Theresa? You haven't even offered any positive proof that the Chinese are nervous about Trump, much less proof that Hillary Clinton doesn't scare them more. Lame.

Come on, people. The truth is out there, but no one will ever hear it if we don't spoon feed it to them. Can this forum still make something viral? Because we are within the attention span window. What Super Tuesday voters read today, they will still remember tomorrow.

No one can get mad at you for sending them a Trump quote, right? Hi! I know you love Trump, so I thought I'd send you a quote of his! Enjoy!!

Here is the million dollar question. If Donald Trump is such an ardent globalist then why is he taking out 100,000 dollar ads out in various newspapers railing against a globalist foreign policy? That was back in 1987 when skinny ties were all the rage.

...wherein he advocates us continuing our globalist, imperialist policies, but like ancient Athens, making our allies pay us 'tribute' to help defray the cost of our global domination policies?

Why wouldn't a globalist who couldn't afford his own overwhelming military advocate such a policy? Except, of course, that the globalist might have (unlike Trump) enough sense to see that this policy turned all of Athens' allies into enemies...

And thanks for asking! :)

Not saying he is anywhere close to mother Theresa. But, he has promised to bring all jobs back from China, that in itself should scare the living shit out of them, as our companies sending jobs over there, is what has allowed them to become as powerful as they are right now. Without US, China would be no where, and Trump is trying to make that the case again.

A Trump promise and five bucks will buy you a cup of coffee.

Don't look now, but China managed to rack up several millennia of history before the U.S. was ever created.

He talks about restoring American jobs, but his Towers hire immigrants.

I thought the subject was, is he a globalist? Thanks to AuH20, we now have proof that he has been a globalist since at least 1987. If he was a globalist in 1987, and still a globalist in 2008, what happened since? And how long will it last?

Are we having fun yet? I'm having fun, are you?

Asking our allies for our rightful share has always been a master stroke of brilliance since it exhibits the insanity of the system. Trump is employing the same clever tactics when he speaks of Mexico willfully paying for a wall on the Southwestern border of the United States. Do you think that a budgetary distressed country like France is going to cut social welfare outlays so as to reimburse NATO? Trump has been hammering these issues for years.

Where was China before we intervened on their behalf against the Japanese? Oh that's right they were still a backwards ass nation, without a pot to piss in. We made China what it is today. I love having fun, good debates without name calling are the best kind.

Asking our allies for our rightful share has always been a master stroke of brilliance ...

That hasn't been considered a master stroke of brilliance since Sparta sacked and pillaged Athens.

Where was China before we intervened on their behalf against the Japanese?

Non-communist. How kind of us to insist Chaing Kai Shek deplete his army while demanding nothing of the sort of Mao Tse Tung.

You guys are really trying to spin up a tornado, aren't you? Well, people do that when the truth hurts.

No tornado. We're providing the people with the information so they can make a decision.

Sure sounds like the same guy to me.

You mean the guy in that video not saying his call for us to 'exact tribute' from our allies is a troll, but instead doubling down on it? The guy who then complains about protectionist policies interfering with global trade?

Sounds like the same guy to me, too.
