Does anyone else just feel generally uneasy right now?

The unwritten policy of RonPaulForums.com in relation to 9/11 Truther talk is to move the thread into the Hot Topics subforum where a internet search can't find it. If you were to poll the people who come here, I bet you'd be amazed at how many would consider themselves truthers or at the very least skeptics. Basically, there will never be a RonPaulForums without the 9/11 talk, or JFK talk, or RFK talk, or MLK talk, or Gulf of Tonkin talk, etc, etc. This thread was bound to venture into false flag attacks eventually. Which means 9/11 talk. Therefore, it probably belongs in Hot Topics, but that's up to the moderators.

Us "Truthers" don't talk about 9/11 in every thread here. I mean holy crap, you should have been here before December '07. There were knock down drag out thread wars, which resulted in the 'move to Hot Topics' policy. It was ridiculous.

So I agree with your point that we shouldn't be only talking about 9/11 Truth here. I don't. Check my posts. Go to infowars.com for that. At RPFs, 9/11 talk is for HT, which is up to the mods to keep a handle on.

Most people who google Ron Paul and find this place will never see Hot Topics because you have to be a member to access that subforum.

I'll +rep you tomorrow. Thanks for keeping a level head. :)

*My use of the word "mundane" is confusing. My bad. I just meant regular people. Not even complete sheep, although "regular people" can include "sheep" sometimes...... a lot of the time. :D

Very reasonable post. Sorry again if I came off too harsh. 9/11 Truth is a pet peeve of mine and I sometimes get worked up about it more than I should.

Nate, I'll buy you a beer if you're ever in NYC for being a good sport.

KramerDSP, I just went on and reminded all the people I could to pledge!

Whatever it is making us uneasy, Ron Paul kicking ass tomorrow will certainly help.

I don't drink. But I've always wanted to hit some golf balls off the top of a tall building!! :D

Final post of the night. Could our uneasy feeling be the uneasy feeling Morgan Freeman has here with the drunk college kids outside the White House representing Brad Pitt?

Yes, I've been feeling uneasy as well. I'm convinced this OBL thing is a hoax, so seeing the media coverage and overall public reaction makes me sick. I also don't believe the official 9/11 story, so this adds to my sick feeling as well. It is comforting to know there are others who were feeling uneasy as well. Thanks.

The uneasy feeling is like when the bottom drops out of the atmospheric pressure (before/during a tornado). How's the weather out there? Also, think of the looks on the faces of the people in the situation room photo. They were holding on to see if their plans would be pulled off. That's exactly where we are. Tomorrow, we make our preemptive strike. So channel that anxiety into as much productivity as you can leading up to the money bomb.

PS: ...and Fukushima? Never fear, the poop is still in the diaper.

We all come to this forum because we are kindred spirits in at least one way. We are Ron Paul supporters!

"We have a lot of goodness in this country. And we should promote it, but never through the barrel of a gun. We should do it by setting good standards, motivating people and have them want to emulate us. But you can't enforce our goodness, like the neocons preach, with an armed force. It doesn't work." ~Ron Paul

I have felt uneasy too. When i heard the news and seen all the college kids cheering and yelling USA over and over, I thought to myself this is not good. Plus, the last two days I have had a dream where i am just vomiting and can not stop.

Everything is happening so fast. I'm afraid it's escalating into something massive, like another September 11th, and world war as a result.
Something bad is coming.

Thinking more into this, hopefully with a logical conclusion and not an emotional one.

I believe we are all on the edges of our seats just waiting for Ron Pauls Official Announcement that he is going to run in 2012! We all have a lot of anxiety just from that alone. We also know from experience that the Stock Market can crash in less than a day, and with our current Financial Instability, that puts us closer to the edge. Our money doesnt go as far as it used to, and people are losing their jobs (at least around here) left and right. One day you go in to work, everythings fine, the next day you go in only to find out that the peachy keen company that is so stable has just closed its doors for good. Everyones finances are adding to this. We are all aware of the whole Nuclear Disaster in Japan, and how that is going to affect our health. The announcement of Bin Laden's death and expectation of terrorist retaliation isnt the cherry on top, its more like one of a bunch of crushed up toppings on a sundae. We are knee deep in 3 wars, soon possibly Syria and Pakistan, so add two more wars we can just go jump in to. Earthquakes, birds falling dead from the sky for no apparent reason, 3 erupting volcanos in Japan alone, massive death toll after F5 Class Tornado rips through neighborhoods, political upheaval, Riots, Revolutions all over the Middle East like a set of Dominos ready to collapse under its own unstable weight. This all adds up. And up and up and up.

The point is, we see that the world is the busiest as I have ever seen it. And it is all coming to a head. Like a zit that is going to pop whether you squeeze it or not. Sorry about the bad mental picture there, but the immediate outcome will be disgusting, but long term, I believe it is for the best. It needs to come to a head. It needs to pop. We can not continue marching full speed towards a cliff without eventually falling off the edge. We need to change the direction we are going. We all know this. We all sense the political atmosphere, and most of us are looking forward to it. This isnt just that the propoganda machine is making us all paranoid. We will never agree on everything but just about all of us know that every single instance of something happening in the last year is paramount compared to everythign that happened in the 10 years before 9/11. Hell, we even have a Black President. That has never happened in the history of this country. Regardless of what your opinion of Obama, we all recognize that what is in the air is the same thing that Obama ran his campaign on, Change. The one point he kind of missed was it wasnt HIM that was changing, it was US.

We are the Change. And we will win!

Watching people fawn over royal weddings this weekend, and now waking this morning to the disquieting footage of legions of young drunk hordes across America embarrassing themselves with swelled national pride at the killing of Bin Laden, I’m reminded how dangerous our times have become.

This week hasn't been easy.

I felt un-easy when one of this boards administrators was criticizing posters for thinking 911 was a false flag attack.

I think this forum has gone off the deep end.

Sorry guys.

Our assassination wasn't legal, I'll agree there. 9-11 was caused (but not justified, 2 wrongs don't make a right) by blowback for US actions globally, I'll agree there. Obama deserves credit only for making what is, to most people, an obvious choice that most Americans would have made, I'll agree there.
There is a massive conspiracy among our leaders that plans and executes blag flag attacks without ANYONE ever leaking, including after 9-11... I don't buy it, sorry.

Why do you all support Ron Paul if he clearly states that 9-11 was caused by blowback? He, like most people, agrees that Bin Laden plotted and financed the suicide attacks that day. If he's so wrong on such a HUGE issue, how can you possibly support him?
Or is it just a CONSPIRACY that Ron believes that? Is he just saying it to get elected? Well, then why would you support such a dishonest man?

I don't think he's wrong. He states his personal belief, and that there should be an investigation. It seems he's open to the possibility that there's more to it. I don't actually find it that far-fetched that a bunch of people with box cutters took over planes and flew them into buildings. I do find the nation's reaction to it alarming. At worst, our military knew about it and is the precise fighting machine we always thought, but did not launch an immediate and practical response (jets, etc.) until after the damage had begun. What would be the motivation for that? At best, people in our military are woefully incompetent and had ridiculous reaction times to the events of 9/11.

The whole thing really does seem like Pearl Harbor, where it was blowback and there seem to be reports that people knew what was going on that morning. Whether they were too stupid to put 2 and 2 together, or willfully ignoring it so they could have a pretense for war, also varies with who you speak to.

As for this forum, most of us seem to be saying SOMEthing does not add up here, and we're worried as to why that is, and what it is, and moreover (regardless of whether or not he died today, two days ago, two years ago, or ten years ago) we are worried as to what it will be used as an excuse to do.

History backs us up on that last one.

I have watched many of those videos as well as done a good deal of research on the subject. I concluded that the theories are ridiculous and easily refuted. Even if they were true, it doesn't matter one bit to me.

The whole thing is a MASSIVE waste of time. I already know the government is evil and I want to get rid of them. Whether or not they had some part in 9/11 is completely meaningless. We know without a doubt about the millions of people they have murdered and the horrendous actions they have taken part in for decades. Whether or not they did 9/11 does not change my opinion on them and is only a distraction from the real message which is liberty.

If it was somehow conclusively proved that there was no inside job, would many truthers now think the government is not evil?

Definitely THIS!

Do I think the government would be capable of killing thousands of Americans with the intent of steering public opinion toward some preconceived goal? Unquestionably, positively without a doubt. Is it possible that the government attained information that some or even the specific attack was about to happen and intentionally stood-down? Certainly. But I don't take these sort of people for fools - engaging in an extraordinarily elaborate, intricately planned false flag operation with so many threads that if one string came undone the plot would be easily exposed is too risky with so much at stake, especially when they could have acheived the same ends with a far less complex operation.

I agree completely - I don't need September 11th to have been an inside job to know that our government is a crooked, evil enterprise. There's mountains upon heaping mountains of evidence pre- and post-dating 9/11/01 to confirm that.
