It kind of looks like the end of the world here. I opened the door to go to the garage and smoke a cigarette, and I was attacked by a huge wall of swirling, blowing snow. Yuck. My new DIL is stuck at the airport. She won't be moving to Europe until Dec 22.
I didn't have an end of the world party scheduled unless you count my genealogy club meeting tonight. We're all getting closer to the end, so maybe it counts? :o It's cancelled. So to celebrate our last day of existence that I've been anticipating since around the time I was old enough to develop long-term memory, I gave my daughter an end of the world early Christmas present. She was pretty excited. She opened it, squealed, then asked if she could open the rest since she won't be alive to do it tomorrow. Nice try. No.
According to danno's weather forecast image, at least maybe it'll warm up some tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
