County Fairs this week- Volunteers Needed 7/14-7/17!

Dallas County Fair @ Adel, IA.
This is a Dallas County Republican Party booth. They are holding a Fundraising Straw Poll- the candidate that can attract the most donations will win! The clincher is that all donations go to the county party. Volunteers are needed Thur-Sun.

Shelby County Fair @ Harlan, IA
This booth will be Ron Paul specific. Volunteers are needed:
Thursday, July 14, 4:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m.
Friday, July 15, 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday July 16, 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday July 17, 12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m

Boone County Fair @ Boone, IA
I don't know as much about this one, but it runs Fri-Sun, and there are already some volunteers from Ames working on it. Also- this one is relatively close to the Dallas County Fair.

Basically, they're asking that you vote with your wallet. Bachmann can get $1 donations all day long, but if a Pawlenty supporter drops $500, then Pawlenty wins.

Yea, I'm not crazy bout it neither. But they asked us to participate and were very nice about it. Who knows, maybe we'll do rather well??
