Just said on FOX Newt, "the only candidate whose support is rock solid is Ron Paul's".

He further added that Ron Paul supporters are not going to like it when they here me say this, but a Ron Paul win in Iowa will discredit the significance of the Iowa cacaus because he is not going to be the nominee (paraphrasing).

That's pretty much an exact quote.

I think Huckabee already discredited the Iowa caucus when he won it with 34.5% and 17 delegates and went on to lose the nomination. What a retard statement, by chris (take our marching orders from al queda) wallace.

Ron Paul would simply counter that the GOP just told Iowa voters you don't count! Why? Oh because the GOP elite do not think he can win. Go ahead! By discrediting a Paul win the GOP offend the voters that took him to victory that may not come out for YOUR NOMINEE!

We said they would say this months ago. Either all Ron Paul supports are clairvoyant or the media is predictable. Maybe it's because they marginalize us at every turn. What's funny is, they have forgotten to marginalize New Hampshire. If we win Iowa + New Hampshire (which appears to be within the realm of possibility now) they won't have anywhere to run. You can't marginalize after the fact -- that's called a bias.

Yes I also saw this also and screamed at my TV. They will play down any win for Paul in Iowa. The caucus will somehow not matter anymore if Paul wins. The establishment is running scared. Expect the attacks to continue until January 3rd.

Regardless of who they are for the entire state of Iowa's GOP should be offended by his statement.

It's the necon punk who once uttered during a Presidential Debate in 2007: "So Congressman Paul, are you saying we should take our marching orders from Al Qaeda?".

Who cares what this hack says?

So they want to insult voters in an important swing state? That should be Ron's response to this.

Let's all send a message to T. Rowe Price and his other major advertisers of his show. Tell them that you will not support any of their products until he publicly apologizes and acknowledges that the people decide these elections, not the talking heads in the mainstream media. Additionally, we should contact other shows that are backed by T. Rowe Price and say that we will not frequent their other advertisers until Wallace comes clean.

yep

Guys, if Ron Paul won the general election Chris Wallace would say how the general election is discredited.

He is an establishment republican mouthpiece, nothing more. His opinion is handed to him before he goes on the air.

Yes. Ron could really embarrass Wallace by saying he has insulted the great state of Iowa.

Also maybe toss in something about "the American People deciding the 2012 election...rather than the media trying to tell them who to vote for.." I think Ron might do well to use this as a recurring talking point. It could make headlines and inspire voters to "take on the system" in 2012.
