They're doing the best they can. If we don't launch until Wednesday (highly probable) it won't be the end of the world but there is no amount of complaining that will make the launch happen any sooner.

I meant the status update isn't pleasing. Not sure why some people should hear it and not everyone, because we're all customers.

I agree with BeFranklin here. It's not a matter of whining, it's just good PR to let your customers (and the media, in this case) know what the status is, especially if there are changes (which appears to be the case).
