The common law, views of the Founding Fathers, Congressional statutes uniformly on the question from the 18th century through today, the US Supreme Court consistently and legal scholars all say McCain is a natural born citizen because his parents were citizens when he was born.
You are erroneous to state McCain is a naturalized citizen though parentage. He is a "natural born citizen" through his parents, not a "naturalized" citizen no.
Either produce his specific, personal naturalization records or stop this nonsense.
