Maybe the government did have something to do with it. But the theory that these brothers are being framed and it was really the undercover security who planted the bombs is ridiculous. IF the government was involved it was through the brothers.

The most damning evidence to me is the guy who got his legs blown off looked the bomber right in the face. His description was an exact match to the older brother. What reason does he have to lie?

That seems more likely to me, but I don't know. It could be that the government had nothing to do with it. Of course that makes the least sense, since there is no reason for 2 guys from Chechnya to attack us. That is the one area that we mind our own business.
