Bold Prediction: Sarah Palin Will Endorse Ron Paul on Sept 3rd

It's nice to speculate, but I'm honestly not holding my breath for this endorsement. Palin's biggest issue is Iran/Israel, and RP does not share her views that we should be Israel's eternal protector.

Id like to see who exactly agrees with Ron paul on every point. Maybe Palin isnt a perfect fit, but she largly agrees with most of RPs ideas. Tea party should band together and work to beat the establishment, not keep fighting about who is "more" tea party.

It would make news, but I don't think it would help Ron Paul very much. He needs a more legit endorsement than miss 15-minutes.

It wouldn't help? Are you kidding? Do you understand how many people adore that woman? Hell she polls better than Ron and isn't even running.

While it may or may not help us, I wouldn't tell my girlfriend. She hates palin and Bachmann with a passion. Says they are sad excuses for women, Bachmann especially as of late, the subservant to her husband thing didn't help.

Did not apply when she endorsed Rand. .

Rand is walking a fine line to suck the neo's in. She took the bait.

She won't be endorsing Ron Paul, imo if she does it'll be either Romney or Bachmann. But I'm thinking she won't endorse anybody.

Not going to happen. Never in a million years. If it does, I'll eat my hat.

I don't think some of you fully realize the enormity of the beast that Ron Paul is up against. He isn't going to get any high-profile endorsements, ever.

A Paul/palin ticket would be disastrous. Paul is already under attack for being too fringe, he'll need a more mainstream GOPer to counter that.

I don't think Ron Paul would pick Sarah Palin as a running mate. For starters, at this point I think Sarah Palin has one foot in the libertarian door and the foot in the establishment door.

Finding a running mate will be tricky for RP. I agree that that he shouldn't go with somebody too fringe, however, he shouldn't and I don't think he would pick a status quo/establishment running mate. At the same time he doesn't want somebody with baggage. His critics are already starting with the fear mongling about RP's age so having a VP that is either too fringe or has a lot of skeletons will just give them too much ammo.

I'm starting to feel real optimistic about Ron Paul's chances for the nomination. Yes, it is somewhat of an uphill battle, but I think he's gained ground and even though the media still isn't acknowledging it, based on recent poll data he is now a "top-tier" candidate. There are still a lot of Americans who have either never heard of him or don't know much about him so I think that continuing to talk face to face with family, friends, and acquaintances as well as promoting him online with social networking will got a long way. Also, there is a petition to get him on "60 Minutes". I believe "60 Minutes" is one of the, if not "the",most watched show of that genre. You can read about it on my blog, http://americanrevo12.tumblr.com/post/9459587296/help-get-ron-paul-on-60-minutes

I'm guessing she will endorse Perry or Bachmann. Romney''s too much of a big government/establishment politician. Perry at least pretends that he is some what of a "tea partier" and he is a social conservative. I think Palin probably sees eye to eye the most with Bachmann; they share a lot of the same values and both of them are somewhat establishment, however, I believe that both of them also have a small but genuine libertarian fiber in them.

Palin did sounded bit educated on a video from ames starw Poll. It will be great if she in fact endorses Ron. Just wondering how is Mike Lee as a VP?

I hope to god she doesn't endorse him, and if she does, I hope he refrains from commenting on it.

Palin/Paul 2012 gonna be a problem with anybody?

I know, I know...a lot of people are going to say "are you crazy?" Or "she will not put herself out there like that!" But this would be MAJOR news to me. I do not see her endorsing any other candidates, truthfully. She cannot sit there and say she is against the status quo, then say she supports Rick Perry or Mitt Romney for President. That wouldn't make too much sense. Also, as we all know...there is a feud between Bachmann and Palin. So that won't happen. We all must understand, shes a businesswoman now...and SOMETIMES, you have to take risks. But if you really look at the poll numbers, Ron isn't THAT much of a risk. His numbers have steadily increased, while others have decrease. The only reason Gov. Perry is so high is because he is fresh. Look at Cain, that could happen to Perry once he is vetted a little more (just not as severely). If Sarah Palin just plays it safe all the time, her image/brand would lose its thunder. Everyone, including Palin, needs to take risks or do spontaneous things (like the Bus Tour) and make things interesting. Can you honestly sit there and say that for her to sit and wait for a clear frontrunner, then come out and support them, keeps her interesting? No, it doesn't. It makes her predictable. Moreover, what does she have to lose by endorsing Ron? Say Ron doesn't win (which I think he will), she can then just get behind the GOP nominee anyway. No harm, no foul. Now, when Sept 3rd comes, I could be made to look like a fool, but ya know what? Who cares!? Again, Palin's MAJOR announcement in Iowa will go something like this, "I am endorsing Congressman Ron Paul for President of the United States of America."

Right guys...right? Amiright? Amiright?
