Bold Prediction: Sarah Palin Will Endorse Ron Paul on Sept 3rd

This doen't appear to be such a mad idea.
Palin would be up against Perry and Bachmann - that would be very tough.
So she may as well take a punt on RP, especially now that he's 3rd with Romney on the way out.
In any case, if she has decided not to run she can lay a foundation for future alliance with Rand, by endorsing Ron.
She's can be black swan.

As Sept 3rd is to early to go for VP then this is date she will announce she is running.

You guys don't seem to realise Bachmann is history, at this stage in predictions she is behind Dr Paul, Palin and even Huntsman. Bachmann will be a none issue once Palin runs or if Palin chooses not to run after Bachmann loses out in Iowa.

Hate to rain on parades here, but Palin (even though she endorsed Rand) takes orders. She will be Perry's VP.

*she endorsed Rand to get points from the Tea Party folk.

Palin is not going to endorse Ron Paul, unless he starts to pull away with the nomination. Thinking Palin is coming to our aid is akin to thinking Jon Stewart is on our side.--misguided thinking.

IF Perry wins the nomination, he'll pick Rubio. But I truly believe Ron will win the nomination

The only thing for sure is that we are getting closer to the answer. Would be huge though.

A Paul/palin ticket would be disastrous. Paul is already under attack for being too fringe, he'll need a more mainstream GOPer to counter that.

I don't know who brought up a Paul/Palin ticket. I know I wasn't saying that would happen. What I DID SAY was that I think she'll endorse him. That...is...all. So enough with the VP talk.

The endorsement of Ron Paul by Sarah Palin would pretty much guarantee him the nomination, but make the General Election slightly more difficult. It would also cause millions of Blue Republican's heads to explode as they ponder the ramifications of this endorsement, whether Palin has got a bad shake in the media, and so forth. It would almost definently separate the chaff from the wheat within that particular movement base.

FWIW I read somewhere that Palin supporters have been feuding/having a falling-out with Perry and his supporters. Something about Redstate downplaying Palin's chances to win and Perry's announcement at RS
