Best survival film?

Inferno (1953) - a visually stunning 3D movie with a great plotline, loads of suspense, and an amazing performance from Robert Ryan.

Touching the Void.

This is part of my collection. Whenever I think I have it tough (hardly ever), I come back and watch this.

Perspective enhancing.
Recommend it to everyone. Captivating.

Trailer does not do it justice at all. Especially crummy non HD.

I really like The Edge with Anthony Hopkins. It had some great moments in there and really focused on the psychological aspects of surviving in the woods. The "WE'RE GOING TO KILL THE BEAR" chant was especially uplifting.
