In all, about 1,200 county convention delegates will choose Wyoming's delegates to the GOP national convention. More than three-quarters of those 1,200 (900ish) are precinct committee members. That means they automatically get votes at the county conventions.
The other 250 or so are chosen at the precinct caucuses
Yesh, but I believe that 75% of automatic delegates pool is a pool of registered Republicans that voted Republican in 2006. If that's the case, I wonder how badly the delegate pool is skewed toward neoconservativism.
