I don't agree with the law. I'm for open carry. But this march only serves the gun grabbers. At best they have the names of the people who have signed up for the march on facebook. If arrested and convicted in DC on the 4th, they will be a criminal and have their guns taken away. Gee whiz. Is that the game plan perhaps? Orrrrrrrr.....could the game plan be to have a provocateur start a shooting match between the people and the police? Who's agenda do you think THAT is going to serve? Ours? Hardly.

SEC Office of the Inspector General Posts Memorandum of Inquiry Related to SEC's Putnam Mutual Funds Market Timing Investigation

The SEC filed a civil injunctive action against Charles R. Kokesh for his role in defrauding at least 21,000 investors in four business development companies (BDCs) through a variety of schemes and contrivances.

The SEC alleges that from at least 1995 through July 2007, Kokesh controlled two now-defunct SEC-registered investment-adviser firms that advised the BDCs. The SEC also alleges that Kokesh misappropriated approximately $45 million of investor funds by causing the BDCs to pay illegal distributions, performance fees, and expense reimbursements to the advisers. The SEC stated that to conceal the scheme, Kokesh caused the Advisers to distribute misleading proxy statements to BDC investors and to file false SEC reports on behalf of the BDCs.

orrrr....it could happen that the ass hat LEO's and their fascist sheriff could just let Adam and the marchers do their thing peaceably without incident. The only violence, if any, will be started by the Eisengruppen.

I'm not involved in any "our" agenda, though my agenda tends to overlap with the agendas of other libertarians. Open-carry always allows the possibility that a provocateur might fire a gun wrongfully, so why are you for open carry? If they take people's guns away, people will just get this Improvised Munitions Handbook:

You think its going to matter who starts firing? By the time the press gets through with them they are going to look like a bunch of anarchists who were trying to overthrow the government. Not a difficult job since Adam gave them this sound bite:

This event is in direct conflict with our Resolution That IVAW Only Use, Supports or Endorses Non-Violent and Peaceful Actions adopted August 8, 2009 and section C of our Code of Conduct which includes prohibited behavior of members as: "Conduct or threats endangering the life, safety, and/or health of others."

Yes, let's worry about the opinions of sunshine patriots who sit on their couches devouring every word FoxNews tells them (and American Idol, of course). Those people claim to love this country, but all they will do to show it is to wrap themselves with the flag and sing "God Bless the USA" during Memorial Day services tomorrow. Yes, let's worry about their delicate sensibilities over people like Adam who is willing to go face to face with the tyrants who would want to take away your liberties and mine.

You should go work for FoxNews, you'd fit right in with them.

Kokesh's quote on this subject: "We're putting out the truth that no one else wants to say. I mean, if you want to put it in the worst possible abstract, it's the Russian government, which is a competing protection racket against the other governments of the world, going against the United States and calling them on their bullshit."

He just wanted to get his message out any way he could; the Russian government couldn't have liked him that much given that they fired him. Kokesh has never shown signs of being a communist; he's a self-identified anarcho-capitalist and voluntaryist.
