It may not be a single person that wrote each individual line being scrutinized. They appeared in different releases over a 5 year period, is that right? It could be several people responsible I think that's likely and possibly why RP does not know who wrote them. I believe he is telling the truth when he says he does not know.

Hi, logic checking in. Go visit LewRockwell.com and see whose name is literally plastered all over the website, and see why throwing Lew under the bus is quite possibly the worst route that Ron could take with this issue.

Also, Lew gave up his site's tax exempt status to promote Ron. An ancap, groveling before the state so he can promote a friend and ally. A complete affront to his beliefs. He literally writes Ron Paul propaganda multiple times a day. Don't you think if it were a good idea for Lew to fall on the sword, he'd do it?

So long as the newsletters' authorship remains unresolved, there will be people who believe (or who can be swayed to believe) that Ron Paul himself wrote them. If Rockwell comes forward and clears this up, we can move on.

Ron Paul's relationship with Lew Rockwell has been far closer than Obama's to either Ayers or Wright. Congressional Chief of Staff, helped start LvMI together, 1988 LP run, 1992 Buchanan presidential run, Newsletters, forewords in each others books, Ron's archive of articles published on LRC and Mises, radio interviews, YouTube interviews, shoutouts from Ron that he reads Rockwell's sites first thing in the morning.

I'm kind of left wondering what you really want to accomplish by throwing Lew under the bus. Ron would get absolutely skewered for not only not disassociating himself with a racist, but continuing to closely work with that person.

Not to mention, Lew has said he didn't write them.
