It should be no surprise what has happened. In 2008 when it seemed Paul may pick up any type of steam right before the primaries they launched this same stuff. Every candidate that goes up has become a target this election cycle. If you show life, any, ANY garbage you have will be open forum. It's whether or not you can survive.

This isn't a case of, oh look how much more the media hates us. I'll agree there are those moments, but every candidate has pretty much been torn down this cycle if the rise.

It's our turn. Hopefully we can survive.

I think the campaign should take your astute advise on this point a schedule a through statement. Dr. Paul can do this just as effectively as Obama and get it put to bed once and for all in this campaign. At that point there would truly be no further need for him to discuss it at all. Anyone here who believes that Fox, CNN, Republicans, Democrats are separate should be slapped back to reality.

CNN, FOX, CBS, ABC, MSNBC are all connected and would do anything in their power to prevent a candidate like Ron Paul, Kuchinich, Gravel, Nader from being elected.

Fox would easily support Obama and Stalin over Ron Paul. CNN would easily support Bush over Ron Paul.

Everybody take a breath. Here's what's happening ... The GOP MSM Establishment has realized over the past week, that despite their inncessant anti-Paul issues bashing, they have LOST the political argument in the court of public opinion. The last and only straw they have is personal. IF we can survive this, there are no bullets left in the gun. That is the challenge now of the campaign.

If I was his PR, I would ONLY do interviews with those I trust. I would immediately have talking points prepared for this to calmly state my case. I would not walk away from any interviews. If there was anything to hide, I would come clean. Then it will die a cruel death in the eyes of the MSM ... then there are no bullets left in the gun.

After I win Iowa, then all the Establishment has on my clean candidate is to go back and bash the good people of Iowa. Then you turn the tables on the establishment viciously in the court of public opinion, because EVERY American believes in democracy and fairness and they will look like elistist punks.

This^^^^^ There is nothing there. They threw everything they had at us and it caused no damage. If people look at the big picture they will see that this is not an issue and we need to just let it go. Phone bank, donate, spread the message. It is working and we will win!
