I personally think, if a couple wants to get married should do so, I don't want the government to intervene.
I'm not a fan of government defining relationships, but marriage is not as simple as just being together. What happens when the relationship dissolves through death or divorce? Who gets the stuff? Who gets the kids? Who pays child support?
That's a great point. That is the problem with the system we are currently entwined in. The bad part is the state enters into it as a third party and play God.

"As much as we try to sidestep the issue by saying, "government should be out of it", the fact is, requiring a "marriage license" is an intrusion that pales in comparison the the federal intrusion via Obergefell vs. Hodges that dictates to every American that the definition of marriage is not gender based. Not only is it a killing blow to the idea of state's rights, it's a killing blow to the foundation of common law.
Marriage is a man and a woe-man.
Because fuck you.
Have a nice day.
So you would not recognize marriage for LGBTQHB people?
Well, maybe for the L because womyn licking each other is so hot.
As for the rest, DIE DIE DIE!
