Your defeatism is not welcome here.
We lost because we didn't have the numbers. But we are growing, they are shrinking, we are the future, they are the past. Next time aroudn we'll be even bigger and will have a better chance. That is of course as long as those who love liberty don't quit or give up.
He did really say it today on Bloomberg: http://www.examiner.com/article/ron...esian-fiscally-irresponsible-republican-party
the tone of his voice
Is there a video?
Dissent and defeatism are two different things.Oh, excuse me, is this YOUR forum? That can't be because this is a liberty forum where dissent IS welcome, unlike the GOP!
The Republican Party is the only viable vehicle in front of us at this time. Ron Paul understands this as evidenced by him being a Republican for dozens of years.FURTHER: Our numbers ARE growing, but we don't have to grow them in a corrupt party -- it is NOT the only option and people have differing opinions.

That may have felt good, but it didn't accomplish anything. Some neocon is probably going to take your slot. I urge you to reconsider!I resigned my precinct committee position and changed my registration last night, during Mitts speech,
viable vehicle? It literally drove us around in circles, tossed us out, and ran over us. You think we should hop back on?
That's because we didn't have enough people on board to help controll the steering. We are close, but not there yet. That's why it's imperative that we maintain a united cohesive front, and keep going, so that in 2016 we WILL have the people in place and have the groundwork laid.viable vehicle? For the cause of liberty and conservatism a Romney loss would be better than a Romney win. However, we are still going to win either way.But if we are to have a chance in 2016, we must defeat Romney now! agree?
Taft and Goldwater didn't have the Internet to circumvent the establishment and media; we do!Don't leave they told the Robert Taft supporters, don't leave they told the Goldwater supporters, don't leave they told the Ron Paul supporters, we can change!

Oh, and Goldwater won the nomination too.

....and got crushed in the general. If Goldwater's opponent had treated in the primary the way he was treated in the general (and the way Mitt Romney allegedly threatened to treat Ron Paul) I doubt he would have been the nominee in the first place.
YOUR GOP shilling isn't welcome around here. The fact that you neg rep someone for disagreeing with you shows how petty you are. By the way, now that the 2012 campaign is winding down, who is going to be signing your checks? C4L? LPAC? RNC? GOP?
Of course we have, we are able to directly communicate with each other, not having to rely on gatekeepers. And yet....we didn't. (Circumvent the media).
It was impossible for anyone to win against LBJ that year, largely because of the JFK assasination.....and got crushed in the general.
