Yea, I live in Washington too. Real estate's always healthy here. I doubt it's an accurate measure of the rest of the country though.

I wouldn't really say that I am in real estate. The only homes we build are homes in which land and financing has been secured. We bill the customer on a monthly basis as the home is being built. We also do remodels and additions which has been good also. I do realize that things should be slowing down, but our business consists of around 40-60% return customers.
