Those are the results of those who voted in the REPUBLICAN CAUCUS ONLY. It's a 68% approval rating of Bush among Republican voters -- which mirrors almost exactly the national approval rating of Bush among Republican voters.

I know plenty of Republican voters that are among the 70% of the Americans that think Bush sucks!

Also, considering the trash talk RP does against Ethanol, it amazing that he got 10%. If you don't make a sacrifice to the corn Gods in Iowa, you're lucky to get more than 1% of the vote.

There were a lot of people here cautioning us not to get carried away and assume that we were going to blow everyone else out of the water. There was nothing to support those projections other than wishful thinking.

We need to be realistically optimistic.

No, it's not for real. 70% of REPUBLICANS in Iowa think Bush is doing a good job, which is pretty consistent with the rest of the country.
