Any candidate without an issues page doesn't have a serious website. I know Ron Paul never uses the internet but his website team may just want him to lose. Personally I wouldn't vote for a candidate without an issues page, and I'm not really so sure I'd make an exception for Paul. Why? By not having an issues page your essentially saying that the issues are not important... you getting in charge and bossing people around is what is important. So, its insulting to me.

it's early but seriously, at least put up the 2008 issues for now until they can tweak it. Whos running this website anyways? get it done!!!!

Earlier this week, the campaign said there would be website changes in the next couple weeks, including an Issues section. They are aware of the current website's lack of content.

Settle down. This has been complained about thoroughly on here already. The campaign knows about our complaints, and they have put extra work it to get it up sooner than they originally planned. It will be up soon enough.

I find that one of the most effective campaign tactics is relentless nagging.

Look at the Glenn Beck threads from 2008 :)

Ron Paul's issue is freedom, and his record speaks for itself.

Okay, so a writeup might help for those just finding out who he is, and ought to go up soon, preferably before the next debate.

Apparently the campaign has been reading RPF and seen some of the complaints about the official website. Because of this they are expediting their work on it and I've heard that in the next couple of weeks, possibly even sooner, the RP2012 website will have issue positions posted! From what I've heard they have already been drafted and are making the proofreading rounds to ensure no mistakes; they'll go up very soon. There will be other updates to the website too apparently.

This again proves a day and night difference between 2008 and 2012!

Great to hear! Was getting worried about how much everyone is advertising ronpaul2012.com yet there's hardly shit on there. While most of us will think in the way as Brandon mentioned, I'm sure a good bit of people would've looked at that underdeveloped website as a sign of him not being so serious about running to win. These people aren't always reading Ron Paul news like we are (or hopefully they are!)

I also do not see a contact us page. Unless I am missing it because I had questions about the SRLC and had no one to ask. I could probably be there by Friday but that may be too late to vote in the straw poll. Anyone know the hours of the straw poll or no one will know until you get there?

Liberty Defined is many times more thorough than any issues page I've ever seen. Ron Paul also has his own archive at Lewrockwell.com. It's not difficult to find his positions on the various issues.

There is voting Saturday morning as well, but vote as soon as you can, last time they closed early -- and said you had to REGISTER at least a couple of hours before you could vote so those coming in just for Ron's speech were SOL. Go to the SRLC subforum for details.

That is true. And Ron Paul supporters are more willing to discuss issues than any campaign supporters in my memory. Furthermore, Ron Paul speaks more substantively on the issues than any other candidate I've encountered since this new millenium began.

That said, this is still uttely ridiculous given the number of people wanting to play a role in this thing--even voluntarily--and the fact that many of the people here are among the finest computer geeks in the world. It's like putting a scooter engine in your Indy racer. This nation is way too far down the rabbit hole in the bottom of the toilet bowl for us to spend all our time being 'gentlemanly' and 'sporting' about this thing.

Yes, we are the campaign--again. And thank God for us. Because if we don't win, just look at what we all--and all of our posterity--will lose.
