Why men earn more (the real version)

For doing the exact same job, women actually make like 98 cents for every dollar a man makes. The reason men make more over the course of their lifetime, is because on average, women take 10 years off their careers to raise kids. This gives men more time to get promotions and build their resume. Plus men tend to take on harder jobs. Working outside in the heat or snow doing construction or something pays more than being a secretary. Most women don't even want to do this "man's work" anyway. I'd much rather take lower pay and sit at a comfy desk answering the phone, than lift heavy things and do stuff involving tools.
