The rings of power............
British Empire ='s financial control (using Jews as their money changers).
America ='s military control (but controlled financially by Britian using the Federal Reserve).
Catholic Church ='s spiritual and mind control of the people to justify their wars
Israel is just a military outpost in the Middle East established by Britian and justified through religous control. They are also a red herring to steer blame from the British Empire and are about to get punked and become their pawns in the Grand Chess Game of Britian.

Who runs the country well that's simple THE RICH AND POWERFUL. They would have more say so than any one else If like it says in the constitution, government by the people we would be choosing as the PEOPLE what our country does but we don't. A question that would be good is what do our taxes pay for that WE THE PEOPLE don't know about?
