What's for dinner?

Was just looking for sandwich recipes and ran across these. They seem pretty spepcific to New Yok so it's no wonder I've ever heard of them. Easy peezy to make. Give them the full 3 days to marinade. It'd make a great game day dish. Was a little on the dry side for me so I added some caramelised Vidalia onion.

Prawns with ho-made carbonara and noodles. It was so friggin good. I feel pregnant with a food baby.

Mr Animal made a pot of spicy beans. If I don't stop eating them, I'm gonna have to open the windows tonight.:o

I regularly make something similar... Nomz.

I dunno. I would love a meal but I'm lazy and it's just me so I'll eat peanut butter and eat vicariously through this thread.

Typical Dutch food, potatoes mashed roughly with raw endive. Lots of pieces of fried pork belly (crispy) and smoked (and fried) sausage... Gravy made from the rendered pork fat and beef stock. Simple but good.

Well . . . uh . . . my Belgian White Ale special diet . . .
but I'll usually add maybe a DiGiornio frozen supreme if I can make it to the convenience store before midnight. Jus' sayin'
