What's for dinner?

Nope, it’s hype and misunderstanding. The problem is that people wrongly assume that soy contains estrogen… It has phytoestrogen, which is not the same thing and operates in a completely different way. It actually prevents against certain types of cancer, and no it doesn't do anything weird to your body.

The ironic thing about this is that DAIRY contains actual estrogen, so the very people who say they don’t want to eat soy usually have no problem with eating loads of dairy, which shows how idiotic the whole thing is.

Is there anything I can eat to make my balls bigger (if that is even possible).

Yes. Add more bacteria to your diet.

Certain strain of bacteria actually called lactobacillus reuteri will help you grow bigger testicles.
Now in this study published in 2014, using male Wistar rats, which also have extremely similar reproductive systems as human men,
that’s why they actually used the male Wistar rats for a lot of these studies on the reproductive system.

When fed lactobacillus reuteri, the group of rats actually outperformed the control group on a ton of different biomarkers including prevented age related testicular shrinkage, increased testicular size significantly when compared to the control group, increased testicular weight significantly when compared to the control group, increased testosterone levels significantly when compared to the control group, increased social domination when compared to the control group, increased the activity of the hypothalamic pituitary testis axis, increased sperm motility, quality and quantity, and increased LH and FSH signaling.

(Some probiotics in general are . . .)
Yogurt, get organic, sugar free kind yogurt, the ones without all the extra added sugars in them.
Kefir, fermented cheese, pickles, kombucha, which is actually a culture of bacteria and yeasts that’s brewed into a tea like drink.
Fermented fish and another option is lassi, which is an Indian yogurt.

Tonight , Pastrami , Cheese & onion on rye . Sun I might have to head North . I hope Danke has something in his freezer . Last time all I could find was hot dogs .

Leftovers from yesterday: Italian sausage, chicken legs/things, 1/3 pound burgers, corn of the cob, all beef hot dogs...

Clearly not the same as off the grill, but still darn good.

(Still have a dozen sweet corn and TWO watermelons we haven’t touched! 30+ people and they all brought more than enough!)

I've been aging a standing rib roast in my fridge the last 5 days, so I'm gonna have prime rib tonight.. with cranberry bacon balsamic brussel sprouts

It's fend for yourself night. When I tell Mr A and the boys they're fending for themselves, they start planning where they're going to "forage" like they're going to have to go out and hunt and gather for dinner.

Big salad and blackened salmon. I also had some yogurt and almonds and a grapefruit cup today. I'm sipping on Josh wine for dessert.

I eat salad everyday. It's my favorite food.
