You haven't answered my question.

The entire post is fictional - but in North Dakota and Texas poor women will face that predicament for undergoing "illegal abortions".

Rich women will be able to go to other locations when they can remove the unwanted appendage.

Oh. So you're just a idiot. Never mind.

It's illegal to have a miscarriage? A miscarriage is an abortion. As would be removal of a dead human fetus. As is a vet when terminating a pet's or animal's pregnancy (also abortion). None of those are the premeditated killing of a human (murder - I'm leaving out "unlawful" as a qualifier because that is the issue under discussion).

Like guns and gun shootings, you have legit and non-legit uses. Because you don't care about LIFE, you care about the abortion issue, you want a simple proclamation that you refuse to give yourself:

You said it ought be legal to have an abortion if the mother's life is at risk. You might as well ask if gun shootings are legal or illegal. It depends on context. Anybody with an IQ over 85 should understand this.

Anyway the government doesn't exist to "legalize" things. That is statist thinking whereby we all have to ask for permission to speak up.

I've given you every inch of ground you would need to prosecute murderers, but you have to supply the rest:

a) principles: go after the mother too
b) money: get your own (hands off mine)
c) standing: I'm just suggesting you be careful and not waste a jury's time
d) proof: I suggest starting with subpoenas to get the sonagrams (ask around on your dime, not mine) [must prove a viable human was killed which is harder for someone without a valid HI birth certificate]

Enough with the stupid act asking the same question over and over again. I told you in one of my first posts that you are asking the wrong questions.

(Playing Devil's Advocate)

Is it also acceptable to euthanize an animal for no valid reason other than they exist? IE Dog Overcrowding at an Animal Shelter. Yes, I get we have to eat to survive, and that causes animals to die, however, the need for food for survival I think is a valid reason. Actually getting attacked: valid reason. The animal is suffering: valid reason. Which really leads me to ask "Do Animals have Rights, even if we choose to not respect those Rights?" How about swatting a Mosquito? What is the Reasonable Balance here?

(Yes, I am asking a ton of wrong questions...)

I think there's a three way tie regarding who the most radically pro abortion member of this forum is among Smart3, JCDenton0451, and Contumacious. Among those three it's really hard to tell who gets the prize as being the most radically pro abortion member of Ron Paul forums. If I had to choose I would probably have to go with JCDenton, since he actually supports taxpayer funding for groups that perform abortions, like Planned Parenthood.

Im pro abortion as well, but I just found the overwhelming religious content to not be to my liking so Im actually just avoiding this thread. I also doubt I am the only one...

Do you support funding Planned Parenthood? If not, then JCDenton still has you beat. (I'm not trying to pick on you, JCDenton. I just thought it would be interesting to discuss and figure out who the most pro abortion member of Ron Paul forums is)

You have no problem with aborting a viable baby?

You have no problem with killing a baby 2 minutes before birth?

I just went back four pages and didn't find one reference to religion. However I missed a lot of this thread.

There's not. The pro abortion people think that all opposition to legal abortion is based on religion, when in reality virtually no one on these forums who is pro life actually brings up religion as a basis for banning abortion.

So the countries most prone to invading other countries and killing millions allow the most abortions. Huh.

Exactly. In some ways the Muslim countries aren't as bad as the U.S government. You don't see Middle Eastern countries constantly invading and bombing foreign countries and trying to dominate the entire world.
