What is your opinion of George W Bush now that he's been out of office for a few years?

Sorry but the worst is easily Woodrow Wilson and both of the Roosevelts are up there as well.

Each president is worst than the last, because they establish their power based upon the assumed power of the last president. So - sorry - unless the next president is Ron Paul, the next president we have will be the worst president we've ever had, and Obama is currently the worst president we've ever had.

Sorry.

My opinion of Bush is pretty low, but that's mostly because of all the people in his administration who were bloodthirsty, lying, thieving sociopath neocon scumsucking repulsive "people" who destroyed lives, the economy, etc. etc. My opinion of Obama is about the same.

On the bright side, I probably wouldn't have been as receptive to someone like Ron Paul if Bush hadn't been such a disaster.

He sure did sound like a good idea in 2000 though!

Bush was the worst president we've ever had... until Obama was elected. Then, Obama became the worst president we've ever had. And he will remain so, until the next president is elected, who will inevitably, invariably become the worst president we've ever had (unless the next president is Ron Paul, of course).

Abraham Lincoln by far beats Bush and most Presidents. Over 600,000 Americas dead under his Presidency.

Obama is far worse. He has managed to multiply the national debt at triple the rate Bush did, advocates raising taxes, has only escalated Bush's wars, and managed to do it all by completely silencing the anti-war movement.

At least Bush cut taxes for everyone. I can't find a single positive thing that has come out of the Obama Administration. Not a single thing.

Actually, my taxes went up on account of the Bush Tax Cuts, so "cut taxes for everyone" amounts to spin from the Bush admin.

I don't see any difference between the two. Except perhaps the domestic divisiveness is a little more intentional now. Other than that obaMABUSh are pretty much identical.

You just reminded me of this-Why Every President Sucked. ;)

He allowed the manipulative neocons to infiltrate his admin and blatantly lied to us multiple times to sucker up support for the Iraq War which may go down as the single most egregious strategic blunder in this country's history. As a result, more Americans have been killed in a country that had absolutely nothing to do with 9/11 than died on 9/11 alone. For whom? For what?

Unforgivable.

All I'm saying is that the current president tends to build upon the abuses of the previous president.

Yes, it's true that Lincoln's vicious statism resulted in the death of 600,000 Americans, etc.; however, what Bush did, and what Obama has done could not have been countenanced without the presidents who came before them.

Daddy's little rich shit then, daddy's little rich shit now.
Though still a few notches above Obama. I like shits who are honest at least. He let us mundanes know where we stood if anyone actually took the time to listen.

Same as it was before the bastard got allegedly elected the first time. F-

I still remember talking to some G.O.P. Right or Wrong type during that election. 'I'm for him because he's gonna be the edjukashun president and we need edjukashun.'

'Like in Texas, which ranked 48th in the nation?'

'I don't necessarily believe them statistics.'

'They're from the Rand Corporation.'

'Well, I'm still votin' for him.'

He is a mass murder and a puppet to the establishment. He worked toward his goal which was to bring in the NWO.

Nope. I thought he was a traitor then and I think he is a traitor now.

The Congress should have impeached Bush on several occasions. But the voters will not hold congress accountable. Then he should have been tried in both civil and criminal courts, along with Rice, Rumsfeld, and Cheney, at a bare minimum. They should all be serving life sentences since I am opposed to the death penalty. Nothing has changed. Obama should have been impeached on numerous occasions.

I feel about him the same as I feel about Obama, well meaning but clueless. Easily manipulated by those who run things behind the scenes.

I almost puked watching him hid behind Nolan Ryan in the WS.
He stole from the public with that team, as well.
